Clean, cool, social distancing although masks are optional. They were cleaning all of the foot baths while I was there and I do mean thorough cleaning. Excellent Crystal Nails. Only place I go to for nail care. They also do a great job with eyebrows.
They did as good a job as any, but they are very much over priced. Christy charged me $46.00 for a fill in, when I asked her why it was so much she claimed because she used pink powder which I didn’t ask for; I wanted regular white acrylic and that is what was on my nails to begin with. I don’t care where you go no fill in should cost the same as a new full set no tip at all. Save your money and go somewhere else they’ll do just as good.
Wouldn’t recommend this was my first and last time coming, I was charged $50 for a fill in. There are plenty of nail salons that do work just as well as they do and I’ve never been charged that much for a fill that’s how much a full set cost; they’re over priced. I never get designs or anything just plain old acrylic with clear pink gel polish and my nails are short. Save your money.
The pedicure I received on 23 December 2022 was very much not worth what I paid. The nail technician skipped several steps of the pedicure, including scrubbing the sides and heel of my feet. So it looks like they really haven’t been done. She also skipped cleaning under all the smaller toes…I’m not sure why. It was not a busy time of day whatsoever. I think there were 3 customers at the time, including myself, yet the entire pedicure felt rushed.
I would also like to add that when I decided to go with no color, and just have the gel polish removed this time, the technician became very standoffish, newly rude. It was not a good experience for me. However, the only other time I have visited this salon it was a good experience. It’s hit or miss with this place it seems, which to me is not with it. This time made me realize why I started doing my own pedicures! So, $50 lesson learned! Oh, well…
I had an appointment but when I arrived I had to wait extremly longer than expected, so I left. I recall a time when I was getting my nails done there, but when someone came in with an appointment they Immediately stop doing my nails to go service that person. Now why didn't I get that same type of treatment when I had an appointment. Unfair treatment!!
They hurt me the two times I went and my nails were cracked two days after the first time went back to give them another chance and idk they are just people and nothing is perfect but she rushed through my nails went back and forth from me to a regular.

And my nail is already chipped somehow, I just chilled today so there is no way it could have been something I did. I am so disappointed I spent 175 dollars all together both times including tips. This place is not worth your money!!! So mad right now.
Horrible wax experience. I wanted eyebrows and lip waxed. First thing she says is “I can tell you shave your eyebrows you messed them up” while laughing at me. Okay that’s fine. Then waxes my eyebrows without waxing between my eyebrows. Okay. BUT THEN pours the wax literally all over my lips and onto my cheeks! The wax was much hotter than it should have been and she asked me multiple times if it hurt and I told her YES every time. Then charged me $15 for the service. never. Again.
Very good customer service. The young woman that did my nails was very nice. BUT, as soon as she started on my nails things went downhill. 1st I explained to her that I wanted my nails shaped just like the nails she had just removed! Not only did she tell me you can't do that on my nails because they are too short. (I get my nails done every 2 weeks elsewhere with the same length and shape!) Then she goes on to say she can try it but it will cost extra! I have never ever paid somebody to shape my nails in a slim box shape!!!!! To say less I was in a desperate need to get my nails done yesterday and had no choice but I paid $45 for a full gel set. I usually only pay 32 and I actually get the shape I want! Very nice people but if I had a choice Id choose elsewhere!
