Quick Facts About Bells Nails

Bells Nails Place has received a variety of comments, both positive and negative, which can be used to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the salon. Overall, it is important to consider factors such as customer service, skill of the technicians, pricing, and quality of the services provided.
Starting with the positive feedback, several customers mentioned specific technicians who provided excellent service. For example, Linn and Hannah were praised for their professionalism, creativity, and skill. These positive experiences demonstrate that Bells Nails Place has capable and talented technicians who can deliver high-quality service to their customers. Additionally, the salon received positive comments about the range of nail shape options available and the reasonable pricing, indicating that customers appreciate the variety and affordability offered at Bells Nails Place.
Another strength of the salon is its location and parking availability, as some customers mentioned that it was easy to locate and had enough client parking. This is important as it ensures convenience for customers and makes it more likely for them to choose Bells Nails Place over other salons in the area.
On the other hand, there were also negative comments about the salon. Some customers mentioned issues with the quality of the services they received. One customer complained that their nails popped off after just 11 days, which is significantly less than the expected duration. This suggests a potential weakness in the durability and quality of the products used at Bells Nails Place. Additionally, another customer mentioned that they had a bad experience with a pedicure, citing issues with temperature, nail cutting, massage, and overall customer service. This negative feedback highlights potential weaknesses in consistency, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction within the salon.
Another aspect that was criticized in a comment was the smell of the salon. The customer mentioned that the smell was so unpleasant that they considered leaving and that it burned their throat. This raises concerns regarding the hygiene and overall environment at Bells Nails Place, which could be a significant weakness that may deter potential customers.
In terms of customer service, some negative comments mentioned that the staff made customers feel awkward or rude when they requested something different, such as a different nail shape or length. This indicates a potential weakness in communication and customer satisfaction skills of the staff members, as providing a positive and comfortable experience for customers is crucial in the beauty industry.
Analyzing the strengths and weaknesses mentioned in the comments, Bells Nails Place has several positive aspects, including skilled technicians, reasonable pricing, a variety of nail shapes, and convenient location and parking. However, there are also areas that may need improvement, such as product quality, consistency in service delivery, hygiene, and customer service.
To address these weaknesses, Bells Nails Place should consider taking steps to improve the quality and durability of their products to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, it is important to work on consistency and attention to detail in all services provided to maintain a positive reputation and avoid negative reviews. Enhancing the overall environment, including addressing any unpleasant smells, will help create a more pleasant and inviting atmosphere for customers. Lastly, staff members should be trained to ensure excellent customer service, including effective communication and accommodating customer requests and preferences.
By addressing these weaknesses and emphasizing their strengths, Bells Nails Place can improve their overall customer satisfaction and reputation in the industry.

Best TL Reviews

Years since I hadn’t had my nails done, 6 to be exact! I have an event coming up so decide to look up on google map and came across Bells nails, read some reviews and decide to give ‘em a try. I walked in at 9:10am and luckily Linn was available. By ten they started to get very busy so consider making an appointment. Linn was very kind and professional to the point that she offer to put both polish colors I was debating between which is great because that definitely helped decide. They have signs on each nail station table of all nail shape options, brilliant! I am very particular when it comes to my nails meaning I look at ever detail and wow I am impress Linn did an amazing job. Also price is reasonable, I paid $63 it included a full solar set with gel colors and the nail files. Linn is definitely someone I’ll come back to. Here are some pics I got the almond shape.
Typical place. One hand was pretty good other one is shorter. Over all kinda sloppy and prices are average. They make you feel awkward and rude if you ask for something different (shape/length)
If anyone needs their nails done, Hannah is your girl! She always does an amazing job every time I come which is every 2 weeks! She is very sweet and creative. If I don't know what I want, I can always count on her. She is reliable, professional, friendly, and I couldn't ask for more. Her prices are very reasonable. Really she deserves 10 stars hands down!! Thank you Hannah!!! ❤️❤️❤️
I recently went here to get a acrylic set and shellac polish. After 11 days of wear 8/10 nails popped off in one day. Usually a set will last over 2 weeks for me so I’m surprised by the quality. When I called to ask for a refund or something to repair the cost of service I was denied and told I could pay for a fill. The set was initially $70 and a fill is $45+. $100+ dollars for a set that didn’t even last 2 weeks is ridiculous.
Its not often I wish I could give zero stars, but this is 1 of those times. Ive been to quite a few nail salons and ive never been in 1 that smelt as bad as this. It burned my throat. Had I been going alone, I would have just left. But my cousin and I had an appt for 3 to get mani/pedis. She got started at 315, I went out to get a mask because I couldn't take the smell anymore. (Not that it helped much). I decided to pass on getting my nails done because I couldnt stand the smell of whatever they are using when they were using it on others, I couldnt imagine how bad itd be getting my own done. I thought about passing on getting a pedi, REALLY wish I woulda skipped that too. Worst pedi ever. I got started around 330, appt was for 3. She didnt even massage the mask on 1 leg, just slapped it on so now my legs feel uneven and weird. The scrub was barley on my legs before that was taken off. My water was luke warm, she didnt even ask me if the water was ok, something that has never happened before. It's Dec. I dont want any part of my body in any sort of luke warm water. When im too cold, I end up in tons of pain. Guess what I'm going through right now? The warm towels weren't even on there very long so that didnt help much. I skipped doing the hot rocks as I couldn't stand sitting in that chair anymore. Normally my fave part, only because it massages your back, expect when they are broken. ???????? Now my back hurts because of it. I hadn't had a pedicure in 4 months so I definitely needed 1. She didnt even cut all of my nails so now I have to go back and do them myself. The whole point of getting a pedicure is to get my nails cut. Its hard for me to do them myself, thats why I pay to get them done. She didnt even offer to discount me any when I passed on the rocks. (An offer of would have been nice, not saying I wanted it, but at least an offer.) I didnt even leave a tip because of it.
Great little place. It was a little far but worth the drive. I got my nails done by Rosie. She's really good and fast too. Normaly I don't have the patience to sit for a long time while I get my nails done. So she was great, she got everything done in an hour and she did a beautiful job!!!
It's mother's day weekend coming and I was looking for a spa near my place Gresham to go to and bells was only 4 minutes from my house. It's been 1 yr since I last did pedicure or manicure I just has my daughter.. anyways bell's is easy to locate ,enough clients parking, large working space area and well spaced out to observe cdc guidelines. Welcoming people, professional service ladies ,doing epic work.fair pricing
These ladies and gentleman are amazing! They all do excellent work and are very friendly. The last pedicure I got here lasted more than 2 months, the paint and gems didn't even chip off! For the full on works it cost $45 which I am happy to pay because of the long leg and foot massage!
