Just came here with my Great Aunt and was so disappointed. She asked for a manicure with thin line french tip and they look like my 3 year old painted them. Will not be coming back. None of the girls were friendly and we just felt very rushed. Look at these nails! Completely unprofessional and after we spent good money and expressed she didn't like her nails they didn't even care or try to fix them. The lines are clearly crooked and now we will have to go somewhere else and spend even more money to get this corrected.
Loved my ????nails. Definitely recommend this place. Fast and good service. Pricing was fair as well ????. The pedicure was the best!!
I was desperately seeking a place to repair a previous bad job (from another shop) My nails were lifting and I wanted a reshape. I’m sent to table 6 and first thing, he reminds me to relax my hand (that’s fine and not unusual) telling me that “ he doesn’t need my help” so I focus on my phone. Well, it turns out that he apparently did need my help. He prepped my nails for a fill and never did the fill and my lifting nails are still lifting and it’s lumpy on top ( hint: no fill ) The gel polish was put on top of that mess and the very next day the polish is cracking, did I mention lifting. When I pointed it out, he says “well, it’s too late”
When I arrived I mentioned that I was new to the area and was trying to find a good nail tech, needless to say he wasn’t trying to earn my business. Also, prior to his poor job he points out everything wrong the last tech did. He was nice enough and funny, but this should be unacceptable for them. How disappointing because the customer service was really good and I was actually looking forward to making this my spot.
The picture was taken the very next day
Kevin did an amazing job! I love my nails! I got a same day appointment and great prices unbeatable! Great customer service and always upfront with pricing changes or upgrades. I think I just found my new nail spot. Now to try the pedicures next...I can't wait.
MUST READ!!! Very disappointed with the quality and service I got from Ken; not to mention the price! On Friday June 25, I came in to get a full set with Ken. I showed him a picture of what I wanted (see picture) he said it would be $65. I asked him if he had time and he said yes. From the beginning he was rushing me and when I would ask him a question (while doing my nails) about the style, shape, color, or anything he would say “I don’t know, you decide, I don’t have time”. I tried been friendly with him, smile, and be kind but inside I was feeling bad because of how he was acting with me. He even got upset when I told him 2 of the nails ( on each hand) needed to be matte. He saw the picture so he should’ve known that they were matte nail polish. The art work looked like a kindergarten did it but he was charging $65 for it? See pictures below. I spoke to the manager, Kevin that day and he had another girl fix the art on the matte nails. See pictures below. Honestly, I felt horrible telling the manager and even writing this review BUT if you’re gonna charge that much GIVE QUALITY WORK. The shape of the nails was poorly and quality some of the worst I’ve ever gotten. You can see in the pictures. One of the nails broke that night, the pinky, I glued it back, and the other one broke yesterday when taking off my watch! That’s insane. This morning I called, K asked for Kevin and the lady said he wasn’t there. I told her what happened and that I thought Ken needed to fix it. She said “you come in, you get charge again, it’s not his fault your nails broke!” Excuse me??? It is when you do poor work, don’t add enough acrylic as you can see in the pictures, and still have the audacity to charge that much. At the end I ended up paying $75 and 3 hrs of my time. Extremely disappointed.
The Nail Technician cut my cuticles too short and now I am worried I might get an infection. Also when she had me go dry my nail polish she grabbed my sandles before I could and started to walk away so I had to walk barefoot. Not going back! Please train the technician not to grab peoples property without their permission.
Table #8 rushed through my full set leaving me acrylic all around my nail bed. I asked for almond shape and he left them so uneven. When I called to complaint they wanted me to go back to the same person who messed them up. They didn’t want to refund me.
As a dad raising teen girls, this is our favorite nail salon! These ladies (and gents) do a great job and always make room/time for walk ins. Great place!
