My family has been using Beverly's Grooming for approx 40 yrs. I am very sad to say I may need to find another groomer. I have always been very satisfied with the groom yet the past several times, my dog has been there for approx 10 hrs. Appointment setting seems to need help. As I read the reviews and have witnessed, it's obvious she is high demand. Customers should be scheduled by what works for both parties. Explanation and cost of services needs to be understood by customer. Over scheduling only leads to disgruntled customers. I was told to call a week in advance and say early pickup. When I called yesterday to make an appointment, I said for today ,if possible. He said ok. He should have said that it would be a 10 hr wait. Nonetheless, I believe overbooking is their problem. I hope Beverly considers this problem. Happy customers are important for business support.
I've been taking my miniature schnauzer here for a year, and he loves going to visit them. It took a few visits to see how busy they'd be and how long I'd have to wait until he was done so I can plan accordingly (like any new groomer). The Perkins location is so convenient. And they always groom him exactly how I like it. I'd recommend Beverly's to anyone!

Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. You try to support small businesses but please believe me you will be better treated at PETCO, even if you have to wait. The older lady that works in there, if she doesn’t want to be at work she should stay at home. She answered the phone rudely, you can bring him but I’m not going to be here all day.. We are not friends, we are customers. Then she said one price last weekend but didn’t have space and then this week added $30 and our baby has a low cut. That should be discussed up front. Beware of this business, I don’t expect this location to be open for long, that’s probably why the other location doesn’t want her there!

I have a King Charles cavalier and every time I take him to get groomed at petsmart or petco they do the bare minimum and never fully groom him like I want so I gave the man at the front desk a list of things I’d like done to my dog and he exceeded my expectations to the fullest!! My dogs ears are super furry and long and bother him constantly his teeth also needed to be cleaned and I asked for him to be shaved and when he came out of the office he looked 5 years younger his ears were cleaner than I’ve ever seen them. His breath smelled good and his fur was very clean cut. They’re super professional, great pricing, and timely. 10/10 thank you so much for making my dog look so clean and beautiful
