First of all, this is the only hairdressers that give me a haircut I like and can do what I ask for. They're also incredibly cheap in comparison to other places (for a short haircut). However, the staff can be a bit rough with your hair and scalp, and usually leave me feeling a bit raw + manhandled lol.
There was a long wait for a walk-in last time I went, but appointments are usually easy enough to get if you aren't willing to wait. There was another customer vaping in the waiting area, though staff may not have noticed this.
Been in the salon a few times before and first time having Orla colour and style my hair. She listened and advice what would suit me best. You've got a new client????
The stylist just insulted and laughed at my hair which was done by someone else in front of many other customers, very unprofessional to be honest bully tactics. No social distance between customers and no mask worn by the stylist place was stuffy and unclean looking.
THE WORST SERVICE EVER.
the staff there are so harsh with your hair. The manager is not professional or polite. I asked to get a quick trim and she yells at me because I didn't understand what she meant. They don't seem to have great service there and if you want to be treated like a human don't go there. I've been put off going to the hair dressers because of them.
Paid £60 for balayage , she put highlights all over which ended up being 2 tone ginger. Had to go to another salon and pay £80 for them to fix it. Worst hair salon i have ever been to. Advise anyone to pay the extra money and go somewhere more professional! They don't care if they ruin your hair!
Nice place reasonable rate for haircut and friendly staff
My usual salon in Lisburn had been closed so needed to visit another branch. Made phone call and spoke with Dermot who gave me VIP directions to my nearest salon even ringing ahead to ensure they knew I would be putting in an appearance. Had my hair done today at the Finaghy branch and feel justified in giving my 5* scoring. Natalie did my colour, cut and finish. Totally in awe of my finished look. Staff very friendly and professional. Thank you Dermot, Natalie and staff - look forward to my next visit.
Took advantage of special offer today had a lovely colour cut and blow dry with Sean .. what a friendly professional guy i even had a lovely cuppa a piece of Valentines cake brought to me im happy to recommend ...a lady who came in after me admired my colour and cut so decided to have the same.. think i should get discount next time for doing model lol
