This was my first time coming here as a customer. The salon was very clean and super cute. The ladies greeted me right away and got me in to my appointment. My nail tech was amazing! I had 2 inspiration photos and she help me set up a perfect mash up of the designs. While she was doing my nails she kept up a conversation with me which I enjoyed. There’s nothing like someone doing your nails and you both are siting there silent, or they never speak to you just everyone around them ???? After she finished my nails I was brought over to the pedicure chair. This was my first ever pedi and I am hooked! My nail tech was so nice and he was gentle and also kept up a conversation with me while he did my pedi which I appreciated also. When everything was done and I was paying my nail tech said goodbye and she used my name ???? this was after helping over customers and most likely having conversation with them as well. Which means she remembered my name which is great customer service I know I’ve been in the service industry for most my life. All around my experience at NV nails was amazing! I am definitely hooked and definitely will be a returning customer.

I came here on a last minute basis because my old set was lifting & I’m one of those people who is VERY picky & afraid to try a new place. I’m not one for detailed nails all the time, but during the holidays I like to be festive & NV Nails surpassed my expectations & experience! My nail tech was VERY precise with what he did & overall a happy customer! They gained themselves a new FOREVER client!

To say the least, I was nervous to try a new nail salon. NV nails was awesome! The ladies that work there are so nice and make sure your comfortable and liking your nails the entire way through. She went out of her way to make sure the acrylics fit my nails good and made sure they were even on each hand. 10/10 recommend this place! Definitely will be going back.
