I will start by saying I’m not one to typically write reviews. I have been a frequent customer of Brilliant Nail Bar for the past 4 years (every 2-5 weeks). I have found that their pedicures are always fine, not great, but for me the location is extremely convenient. A few weeks ago, I decided to also get my nailed painted/dipped. I checked out, it was $81.00 but my experience was as expect. I went back 2 weeks later to get another manicure, and when I walked in the nail technicians started chatting, one even came and looked at my toes. My manicure was done, I finished checking out and right after I signed the check, my prior nail tech (from 2 weeks ago) came with my old check and said she under charged me by $15.00, I guess she forgot the gel polish charge. I felt very awkward, and paid the $15.00 without complaining but will never go back. This was their error not mine, and the extra $15.00 that they charged me after the fact will cost them my consistent business.
I used this salon some time ago and was not happy. Didn't come back for some time, until I decided to give them another chance. Well, I shouldn't. The service was VERY rushed and few of the steps were skipped altogether! I thought that maybe the lady didn't understand what I was asking for, but surely enough the bill was for the service I thought I was getting. I was in and out (with dry nails!) within 40 minutes for the deluxe pedicure with paraffin!! I don't usually write reviews or complain, but this was supposed to be a treat for me, and it surely did not feel like it. So disappointed.
My daughter and I have been using Brillant Nail every 2 to 3 weeks for about 4-5 years. I have manicures and pedicures. I always use Lilly and have always been happy. She has always taken her time, I never have felt rushed My daughter gets nail designs. She lets Sam do whatever design she wants. Sam always has a design ready to show her and my daughter has always loved what she picked. She always gets compliments on her nails. I would recommend Brilliant Nail to everyone!!

My daughter, son and I have been coming to this salon since it opened a few years ago. We switch it up every now and then because we get frustrated with the price being paid for rushed services and lack of quality. The prices have dramatically increased, especially in the past year. We understand inflation, etc. and that this is part of it. However, for the prices we are paying and tipping, quality of service is expected. They are very busy on Saturday’s (since they are closed on Sundays). We should have learned by now NOT to go on a Saturday. My son and I both walked away yesterday disappointed with the quality of our manicures + dip powder (already peeling) and pedicures. Often no massage or lotion applied as part of mani. We paid $220 including tips. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere for a while.
Be Aware!! This nail salon is RACIST. They cater to white customers and treat black customers secondary. They are rude and dismissive. I will no longer support this business.
Awful customer service, they messed up my wife's nails the first time and the manager blamed my wife for the bad quality yelling across the store that she has 'ugly nails'. Manager redid the horrible job and spoke loudly on the phone to her friend the entire time. My wife will never go back. Stay away unless you want a terrible experience and to be publicly insulted.
I did not have the greatest experience at first. but the owner made it better by calling me and fixing the mistake!
