Quick Facts About Brooklyn Barbershop
The Brooklyn Barbershop has a mix of positive and negative comments, providing insights into its strengths and weaknesses. Based on the comments, the strengths of the Brooklyn Barbershop can be summarized as follows:
1. Trustworthy and Experienced Barbers: One comment mentions that the customer has been going to this barbershop for years and totally trusts them, highlighting the experience and reliability of the barbers.
2. High-Quality Haircuts: Several comments praise the barbershop for providing excellent haircuts and fades. Customers are satisfied with the results and appreciate the skill and talent of the barbers.
3. Good Customer Service: The positive comments mention friendly and attentive service. The barbers take the time to understand the customers' requests and deliver satisfactory results.
4. Ability to Fix Previous Haircuts: One comment mentions that the Brooklyn Barbershop was able to fix a previous haircut that the customer received from another barbershop. This demonstrates the barbershop's ability to rectify haircuts and provide solutions for unsatisfactory haircuts.
5. Customer Loyalty: One comment mentions that the customer's husband found this barbershop and refuses to go anywhere else. This indicates a sense of loyalty from satisfied customers.
However, the comments also highlight some weaknesses of the Brooklyn Barbershop:
1. Long Wait Times: One comment mentions waiting for an hour, with one barber walking out and not returning. This indicates poor management and long wait times for customers.
2. Appointment Priority: Another comment mentions that a client with an appointment went ahead of the person who was waiting. This suggests a lack of fairness in serving customers and prioritizing appointments over walk-in customers.
3. Inconsistent Availability: One comment mentions that a talented barber named Jose is rarely at the barbershop. This inconsistency in staff availability may lead to customer dissatisfaction and inconvenience.
4. Language Barrier: One comment mentions that an older barber had difficulty communicating in English, which resulted in a haircut that was different from what was requested. This language barrier could be a potential issue for customers who do not speak Spanish.
In conclusion, the strengths of the Brooklyn Barbershop lie in their trustworthiness, high-quality haircuts, good customer service, ability to fix previous haircuts, and customer loyalty. However, the weaknesses include long wait times, appointment priority, inconsistent staff availability, and potential language barriers. It is important for the barbershop to address these weaknesses to improve customer satisfaction and ensure a positive experience for all customers.

Waited an hour. One barber walked out and never came back. Another client comes in goes ahead of me because he had an appointment. Meaning I have to either wait for that person to be done or the 2d barber to come back. Poorly run.
It's been my barber shop for years. I totaly trust them. They always do a great job!
High quality cut!!! I was in town for business and found this barber on google. I read the great reviews and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The fade was perfect. Highly recommended! Thank you!
Jose is the truth! He lined my hair up nice and I am digging my cut. Thank you!
The lady is pretty good. My husband found this barbershop and has refused to go anywhere else
It's an old school hair cut guy, if you see the old guy, just go to another place, the guy got English issues so u might end up with totally different haircut like he did to me.
the guy Jose is so talented but he's rarely there.
This place was amazing, I went there to fix a previous haircut I received literally 10 minutes prior from another barbershop.
I asked for a zero fade with a side part and the barber let me walk out with something nowhere near what I asked for. I immediately went to Brooklyn Barbershop and thankfully he had the amazing skills to fix it.
Highly recommend them as me and my two boys will forever be going back.
There are three things I was always taught to look for when moving to a new town. A bar, a breakfast spot, and a barber. At the point of needing a haircut after moving, I had found my breakfast spot and bar but no barber. I called around to the higher rated spots on Google and got the typical salon type answer “can you come in on Saturday or next week?” Mind you this was a Wednesday… So, I passed on them and found out about Brooklyn Barbershop. I strolled over after work one day, and took my spot in line. After taking care of the others, the barber motioned me up…
I saw Univision was on the TV and heard her and the other barber speaking Spanish so I figured I would make use of the little bit of Spanish I know to cut some of the tension. After that, I explained what I wanted and she set off…Deftly creating a perfect blended fade. Shaving an amazing outline. Precise beard trimming and shaping technique. And finally, she took the exact amount I wanted off the top with scissors. You see, I normally feel like my haircuts are rushed. Like they are trying to cut corners and not lines. But here… I felt like she took the exact amount of time a well-crafted hair cut takes…
I have since been back multiple times for shape ups and trims and for the amount of work that the barber Jessica puts into my cuts, I cannot believe the price… If you have time, don’t mind a non-glitzy vibe, and can speak a little Spanish… I think you would be hard pressed to find a better barbershop
