First time in for a manicure. Felt rushed and overpriced for a trim, cuticles and gel. $40. I like the natural plants and overall feel of it and is cleaner than others in town. The girls were friendly and courteous. My daughter got acrylic gel $45 and it was a really good job. Will give them a second try later.
My favorite place to get my nails and pedicures done at. Everyone is also so wonderful, friendly, and professional. My nails always last and look so beautiful. I also love how clean the place is and how sanitary the workers are.
They’re so sweet and funny. I got nail art and they did such a good job. It was exactly what I wanted. They’re amazing!!!
Super friendly and talented workers! Usually waiting time isn’t very long as she gets my nails done super quickly but they always look beautiful.
This was the second time I had been there. The first time the quality was fair, but they massaged my moms legs so hard she was bruised. This time my pedicure turned out okay, some of my toenails were cut crooked. I got acrylic tips put on. Half of them are shaped like I wanted and the other half are not. The paint job was the worst I have ever had. The employees were very nice, and they did not make me wait. Just disappointed in the work.
Very disappointed today. My Mom got a pedicure today at City Nails, which always costs her $25; however when she got ready to pay today, the guy informed her it would be $35 because he had to do a little extra work on her toenails. My Mom is on a fixed income and to pay $25 is difficult enough and she only treats herself to one about twice per year, so to be told she had to pay $35 was very unprofessional and it really upset her. We have been using City Nails for the past couple of years and have always been satisfied with our experience there. We will now be taking our business elsewhere.
The employees know exactly what they are doing. I went to magic nail and they made my nails look terrible. City nails is amazing.
Went here for the first time because I had a gift card. The people are very nice but my nails look like toddler size press-ons, way to small for my hands. Not to mention most of them are crooked. NEVER going back here.
