Quick Facts About Cleopatra Nails Atlanta
Cleopatra Nails Atlanta, as described by the comments, has both strengths and weaknesses. Let's analyze them in detail.
One of the strengths mentioned by the comments is the nail technician named Sue. According to a customer, Sue is an excellent nail tech who takes care of her clients and ensures their nails look good. This shows that there are competent and skilled technicians at Cleopatra Nails Atlanta who can provide quality service to customers.
Another positive aspect mentioned is the humor and personality of a nail technician named Mindy. This indicates that customers can have an enjoyable experience and a good conversation with Mindy while getting their nails done.
The convenience and efficiency of the salon is highlighted as a strength. A customer mentions that the staff does a quick and neat job, ensuring good quality in a timely manner. This suggests that Cleopatra Nails Atlanta can accommodate a larger number of clients due to the many mani tables and pedi chairs packed into the salon.
In terms of weaknesses, the most significant concern mentioned by several customers is the longevity of the polish. Many customers reported that their pedicure polish chipped within a few days, which is below their expectations. One customer even mentioned that their non-gel pedi polish usually lasts 2 to 3.5 weeks without chipping. This inconsistency in the durability of the polish raises concerns about the quality of the products used or the technique employed by the nail technicians.
Another weakness highlighted by the comments is the customer service provided by the manager. A customer expressed disappointment at the manager's response when she raised the issue of the chipping polish. The customer felt unheard and believed that the manager thought she was trying to get a free service. This lack of empathy or willingness to address the customer's concern reflects poorly on the management and their approach to customer satisfaction.
Furthermore, the comment about the salon being like a "mini nail factory" suggests that the focus might be more on quantity rather than providing a relaxing, customer-focused experience. The noise and crowded environment may not be conducive to a calm and enjoyable salon visit for some customers.
Mixed reviews were also given for specific nail technicians. While Sue and Mindy were praised for their excellent work and personalities, there were negative comments about other technicians, such as Susan. Complaints about Susan's use of a drill causing thin and painful nails and her lack of attention to detail indicate inconsistency in the level of skill and professionalism among the technicians at Cleopatra Nails Atlanta.
Lastly, a customer mentioned an incident where an oil treatment was applied incorrectly, causing discomfort and inconvenience. This implies that there might be inconsistencies in the execution of services and attention to detail by some nail technicians.
In conclusion, Cleopatra Nails Atlanta has strengths in terms of skilled technicians like Sue and Mindy, as well as providing efficient service. However, weaknesses were noted in the durability of the polish, customer service from the manager, crowded salon environment, and inconsistency in the skill and professionalism of some nail technicians. These weaknesses indicate areas for improvement in order to provide a consistent and satisfactory experience to all customers.

I received a pedicure and within 4 days the polish on my toes began to chip. Typically non-gel pedi- polish last for me 2 to 3.5 weeks without any polish chipping.
I was disappointed that the gentleman who identified himself as the Manager wanted me to pay $15 to provide a proper re-polish. I expressed to him that I think something may be wrong with the polish because this has never happened to me. I have been getting pedicures for 30+ years.
I declined to pay for a re-polish and would rather pay a place where I know my pedicure polish will last 2 weeks minimum. I will no longer patronize this business; although I loved the lady that did manicure.
I expected to be heard as a customer and for a correction to made or an attempt. No attempt was made. It would have been nice and respectable if he had looked up the date of my service to see that I was communicating an issue. I believe he thought I was trying to get a free service. Shameful and unfortunate.
I only wanted to get the service I paid for and not have to come back to get my nails presentable and professionally done. I could have done my nails at home to have the last 3 days.
I hope that you would revisit your policy. I'm a busy Mom etc. I expect my pedicures to last 2 weeks.
In this case:
1. Look up the date of the service
2. Post your polish guarantees.
3. Don't tell your clients they must get gel polish for you to guarantee polish
4. Listen
5. Offer a solution to the issue
At any other nail salon I would not have to return less than a week after my pedicure because my polish looks 3 weeks old after 3 days.
Sue is the best nail tech. She takes care of you and her work is so neat and clean. She is so sweet. I have been going to her for years and have never been disappointed. If I go to anyone else I end up complaining about something but with her she makes sure your nails look good, I never have to double check her work. And she actually carries good conversation and talks to you about relevant things. I love her so much ????
I had someone new do my pedicure. Her name was Mindy. Now Mindy is hilarious and she will definitely make you laugh. She does an amazing job and has a very nice personality.
The best advice I can give is that when you go here, you just have to take time and find the nail techs that work best for you and stick with them.
This place is like a mini nail factory and it is ran as such. A lot and I mean a lot of mani tables and pedi chairs are packed into this place. Although it is a decent size its tight and loud from all the bodies, equipment etc. The staff doesn't talk much but the do a very quick and neat job. If your coming for an relaxing, customer focused experience this isn't the place, but if you want good quality in a timely manner you have made a great decision. Also the gel nail swatches are on these huge peices of plastic board that is passed around from customer to customer, they very large and awkward to handle.

Tony and Michael do an excellent job on my nails.
However, if you prefer not to use the metal file (cheese grater) on your feet, Pedicures are subpar at best.
This is the worst manicure I’ve ever had in my whole life. Tom rushed though it, didn’t cut my cuticles, and the nails are crooked. There’s nail polish all over my hands and fingers. I don’t even get my nails done often. This was a treat for a special occasion. I will not be coming back here.
I got the guy and my nails are too fat. Spent like 200.00. On top of that no thank you. Left a 20.00 tip. Passed two other nail spots always listen to your intuition and stop. Would of got better service.
Susan was horrible, I had gel on my natural nails and she used a drill to take it off, now my nails are thin and hurt. She also clipped my skin with the drill, not paying attention, talking on the phone. Then she was trying to file too fast and cut my cuticle with the nail file, causing it to bleed. I still have gel on my nails by the way because she didn't get it all off. The only thing she did right was cut my cuticles and my pedicure was fine. Will never go back!
I just moved to ATL and was referred to them. I loved my pedicure by Tammy until another tech placed oil on my feet due to Tammy was with another client. I asked for oil to be placed around toes due to they look ashy after a pedicure. I've never had my polish peel. The tech put the oil underway toes after she placed my flip flops on. No matter if mt feet were wiped off or not. So my feet were slipping as I walked until I got home and washed my feet.
