This is a significant strength as it demonstrates the skill and expertise of the nail technicians.
4. Accommodating appointments: Multiple comments mention that the salon is accommodating with appointment times and can be busy during certain days/times. This suggests that the salon has a strong customer base and can cater to different schedules, which is an advantage for the customers.

Such behavior indicates a lack of customer service skills and professionalism, which is a significant weakness.
2. Inconsistency of service: One commenter mentions that a nail technician cut their cuticles badly and that the no chip manicure applied by another technician was not smooth. 4. Busy salon: One commenter mentions that the salon was busy and could not accommodate them as a walk-in customer. While being busy can indicate popularity, it can also be a weakness if the salon cannot handle the demand and accommodate all customers in a timely manner.
Overall, Daisy Nail and Spa seems to have strengths in terms of friendly and accommodating staff, a clean and professional environment, long-lasting nail services, and flexible appointment times. However, the salon has weaknesses in terms of unprofessional and rude behavior, inconsistency in service quality, pricing issues, and possible difficulty handling high demand.
Best TL Reviews
This was my first time coming here. It was a nice place and the staff there is so sweet! They took their time on my daughter and I pedicure. So glad I came across this nail salon. I will definitely be back!
HORRIBLE experience. Walked in and asked how much for a no chip mani and pedi and the lady said $75. I asked why it was too much and the lady basically yelled to leave and go somewhere else if I didn't like that price. I told her I was willing to pay the $75 if I could get them done now and brushed me off saying they can't help me because they have appointments and they're busy. Mind you there was NO PEOPLE in the salon. Oh and told me I had to leave a GOOD tip. I asked to get an appointment for tomorrow and the lady kept telling me they had no time and to go somewhere else. Very Unprofessional, rude, and made fun of me and laughed as I walked away. Very disappointed to have an experience like this as they have good reviews. Not coming back and don't recommend
I came as a walk-in in the morning because my gel nails from another salon began to peel. I was greeted at the door and was quickly accommodated. The salon was clean and relaxing. One woman removed my old polish, and Grace applied the new gel. The price was fair and I have high hopes that this set will last.
I love my nails so much. I’m so happy I found Daisy nails- the no chip manicure lasts me up to 3 weeks without any chipping, it’s pretty amazing. I see the owner Grace, but everyone else does a great job, too! I’ve been to a lot of nail salons, but Daisy nails is my place now. Give this salon a try! Make sure you call to make an appointment as they can be busy certain days/times!
Nail tech (I think Mimi?) cut my cuticle pretty bad, downplayed it, then switched nail off with who I believe was the owner. The no chip applied by her is bumpy, not smooth as I would expect from professionals. Never coming back.
I've been a returning customer for a few months now and today everything went very well I'm always a happy customer but today as I was walking out the door the older lady named GRACE was VERY VERY rude rolled her eyes at me as I paid and walked out the door I said thank you twice thinking SHE DIDNT HEAR ME THE FIRST TIME AND THEN I SAID HAVE A NICE DAY AND SHE CONTINUED TO ROLL HER EYES AT ME and did not respond ! VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!
The ladies here are all so sweet, and they do an excellent job every time! I also appreciate how accommodating they are with times as well, it's been nothing but a pleasure.
Nice and clean! Distanced well and things in place for covid rules. Hands sanitized and temperature taken as I walked in. Very friendly people working there. Grace did a very nice job on my toes and nails. I'm not surprised that this place was busy. They do a great job! I'll be back!
