Three stars for friendly staff. Not sure the person doing my pedi knew how to trim cuticles and didn’t clean polish off around nail. Left one nail jagged I had to ask someone else to fix it and I still had to file my toenail when I got home. The guy doing my mani wanted to know if I wanted my nails filed… yes please that is part of the process. $50 and not pleased. Also they don’t take Amex.
Staff wasn’t professional, had bad attitude when I attempted to correct him on a color he was using, acrylic wasn’t smooth and appeared lumpy & when I pointed out to the nail tech, he got an attitude. I was there over 3 hours for a new set of nails and pedicure and within that period of time they may have had 7 customers to come in with 4 ppl working. Needless to say, I would not recommend to anyone. They also kept me waiting to handle personal business in referenced to another property that had been inspected/assessed.
Very sloppy and slow, Ran the drill all over my cuticles. Hey hand lotion after the manicure. Owners kid running around shop playing and being loud. Over priced

The man that does the nails here is very rude and not the greatest at what he's doing. My nails were thick and falling apart as he was still working on them. I paid for them anyway and even tipped well but I went and had them redone at a different place 5 days later. Highly unsatisfied. Do yourself a favor and go to Nails by Joyce on the lake!
I have attempted to try the nail salon on 4 occasions because it less than a mile from my home. The pedicures are not desirable. After pointing out deficiencies with polish on cuticles, the tech did not rectify the deficit. I do not recommend this establishment for pedicures, I will drive the distance for satisfactory service!
Had a wonderful experience tonight. Walked right in and served immediately. Great customer service. Nails last far longer without chipping or peeling than other salons I've used.
Waited a little bit over an hour to get a full set and did not have a great experience. One of my index nails are crooked and they left polish on my cuticles and the skin surrounding my nails. They were very rough with the nail file and wouldn't speak to you if you spoke to them. Nails are very chunky and look like they're gonna pop off only two days after getting them done. Not many pros of going to this place besides having a large color selection and their pedicures.
Diva Nails incorrectly charged my credit card after I signed receipt w/ tip. When I went to salon to ask them about extra charges, they were unwilling to take responsibility/offer any solution and told me I would need to dispute w/ bank. I have since found out that this has happened w/ several other friends/family members as if they are purposefully entering additional tip. If you do go here, check your bank statements to ensure they are charging you correctly.
