I used to go often over the summer of 2022 and one time I had a bad experience, but the rest was good. So I decided to go back a month or two later for a set of nails for Halloween and I was with a friend. I got started first and I was finished last, the girl couldn’t do the shape I wanted and so I had to get a different manicurist and they left a lot of the polymer underneath my nails, so it was able to collect a lot of dirt and grime.
Two weeks later or so I go back to get a fill and then same thing happened a manicurist couldn’t figure out how to get my broken nail off and I had to get someone else and she didn’t take care of the polymer underneath. They didn’t do anything with my cuticles and they didn’t put enough on because I had a very big gap between my cuticles and the base of my fake nail. Six days later I had a nail fall off and color, peeling, also 10 days into it two more of my nails colored peeled off.
I do not recommend them anymore. I’ve had too many bad experiences, and my friend was not really impressed with them either and that was her first time there.
I'm alway able to get right in and the service is great. Very kind and friendly staff. Both pedicures & manicures have turned out exactly what I asked for. Highly recommend!
So I have to change my review. So the last two appointments were not great the quality of service went down so my last appointment the polish was coming off and left a funny grey coat. I had to wait 6 days to get in and get them fixed the polish was completely off 2 of my nails and more than half off 2 others the appointment then instead of painting then all again she just did the messed up nails so now they don't match before that the polish also came off and the design was not what I wanted at all. I'm definitely done coming here for my nails
We live about an hour away from Pontiac. We had come to pick up our camper/trailer and I was hoping to get my nails done also. I had been sick all of last month and didn't get to my nail tech. So you can imagine what my nails looked like.
I called DNA Nails and got right in. Aleina was so professional and kind. She never once said anything about how bad I was in need of a fill. She was very easy to talk to also.
Her workmanship was perfection. I always have one coat of polish put on and then I do the second coat of polish at home. She tried her best to put the second coat of polish on, but I wouldn't let her. What a sweetheart.
The price was fair to the lower side. It was only $20 for a fill. That's quite low for my area.
I can not stress the quality that this salon carries. The only bad thing..........They're not near my home-town.

Went to get a pedicure with my daughter to enjoy and relax since I’m visiting and this is the closest place to her she gets her manicures there he nails looked good so figured pedicures will be good also. Well I was wrong I have never felt so rushed through before for a pedi. The tech doing work on my feet was very get done and push through type off attitude didn’t take his time had to point out issues to him. Typically they will take the stone and get your problem parts of your feet well I still have mine nothing was done besides a few nails barely filed and paint added. To get a message on both legs was like pulling teeth he did one leg great then the next one and it was haft way done. If I wasn’t leaving to go back home I would be getting things redone. My daughter I was with noticed when we got in the car her tech cut her. And didn’t even handle her problem areas either. Just ridiculous

Terrible service days before I went and they told me that it was by appointment ok during the week I call to make an appointment for Saturday a man answered me and told me that it was not necessary to make an appointment to go and they attended to me when I arrived I asked for what I would like they already do pedicures on the nails the lady did not understand me if I explained myself and this lady does not know how to treat people well she is arrogant arrogant despot and you were going to take about 10 minutes more you would almost take the same time if they do not know how to treat the people look for another job
