Best TL Reviews

October 29th 2021 Horrible absolutely horrible. Where do I begin? The fact I brought a group of of 9 people to the salon prior to a wedding and everyone was disappointed with the service, and I was disappointed that what the bride and I were promised was not given. Or the fact half of our cuticles were cut, and a chunk of skin was taken out of my toe because it was “ingrown” but yet it’s a clear cut chunk out and now open for an infection which I will be suing if it turns out to be one. Or the fact that someone was told they could not swipe the card if there was no tip, the huffing and puffing and questioning because a $4 tip wasn’t enough for their poor service? I got home and gel nails had already peeled, and you expect people to tip? I normally don’t write reviews but I’m pretty picky on where I do nails and I would never risk it going here again i was sold on the open space and ability to bring snacks for the group, but sadly this salon trip cost us time, pain, and extra money, this place deserves to be closed.
My nails were incredibly crooked for so much money. It was 5 extra dollars for coffin shape. The dude didn’t know how to do the metallic color. I paid over 90 dollars and am extremely unsatisfied
came here for the first time yesterday, they have a beautiful shop with nice music, it's very relaxing, complimentary beverage during your service if you want one, she continued to check with me to make sure my nails were how i wanted them, and at the end of the service she gave me a nice card with her name on it, asked me for my name and gave me a nice goodbye. i will definitely come back here for the filling and other services. thank you Kim! ????
My mom took me here for a pedicure because it's her favorite place in Eagan! I'm 9months pregnant and feet are super sore and swollen, so to say they made them feel a million times better, I really mean it! I've seen the work they've done on her manicures too, and it's very neat and they are so good at what they do! Highly recommend!
I don’t typically write bad reviews but this has to be addressed. First off, the place is very nice, clean and luxurious..... I like it a lot. But, the tech who did my pedicure was super inexperienced. Seems like it was her first day or something. She barely cut my cuticles, on top of that she couldn't even paint. That’s basic stuff and should have learned this in school. For the price that I paid, a child could have done what she did. I’m sorry but if she was still in training, advised that the customer so they can decide if they want the tech to work on their nails or not. The price should be cheaper as well. The tech needs to go back to school. Learn the basics that they teach in beauty school.
If u go here, make sure u ask for an experienced tech!!!
Visited this salon September 20, 2021, I verified by my bank charge. Lack of attention to detail. Gel nails, cut my finger and nail polish on my cuticles. Missed the edges of my nails in a few spots. Uneven filing. Provided lots of feedback to try and get it right and finally decided to just be done. Not relaxing and didn’t feel cute when I was done. Price was high compared to other local businesses providing same service.
On the upside cute place and they did have included soda and water. Chairs were comfortable and nice. Seemed fairly clean.
Always a satisfied customer here! I don't get my nails done often but when I do, I always go to Eagan Nails. I've been a customer since I moved to Eagan in 2015. The techs are always friendly and attentive. My mom and I went a few weeks ago for mani pedis and we were all talking and joking like friends. My mom also loves Eagan Nails. She hasn't been in a few years because she moved to White Bear Lake but Kieu remembered her after all this time. Haixley (I think that's the spelling) did my gel pedicure last time - she's so sweet and gentle and talented. Kieu did my manicure (dip powder) and provided the same great service. Thanks, Eagan Nails!
Love coming here and sister store Central Nails. Jenny did a fantastic job on my dip and my pedicure today!
