Went there 3 weeks ago to get my hair ironed as soon as she was done my hair started falling out, 3 weeks later my hair is very thin and I have bold spots on the side of my hair. Never will o use these people again.
I like them, they get you in and out! But if you have 4b or 4c ????????????????Protect your ends they will get fried with that hot hand held hair dryer!! I tell them to spray my hair before putting under the dryer for 45+ mins ????
The first time the lady that did my hair didn’t do it properly. So I went back and got it done from another lady my wash and blowout lasted me 3weeks she did a great job… I will only let her do my hair.

Less than 2 weeks ago, employee-Racquel (blonde hair) gave me a wash & set. Long story short, my hair started shedding very bad (& still is) I looked through my straight hair only to discover THREE balding spots..I pray there are no more (see pics of 2-the other bald spot is in the back of my head). I have natural & beautiful curly hair- I washed it last night & it’s now DAMAGED ????, balding & still shedding. I called & nicely told them the situation (Mickey answered) and her only reply was “Oh, wow. Try conditioner”. I went back to Elicy this morning & Mickey checked my hair. Mickey made every excuse for this lady, Racquel. She even told me that maybe I had braids & that did it. HOW STEREOTYPICAL! Now those who know me, know I love my hair; soo many emotions went through me!!! I told Mickey I wasn’t leaving until they gave me support around this matter. Both her & Racquel were VERY dismissive & told me that “it’ll grow back”. I was furious, yet remained slightly calm & professional. I did express my anger, disappointment & sadness around this matter & wish I styled my own hair, but wanted a break ????????♀️. Check this out..when I mentioned heat damage, Mickey said, “ Mami, you should’ve asked her (Racquel) to turn the heat down.” Smh! Racquel looked at my MASKED FACE & said, I don’t remember doing your hair. Smh again! I am in complete disappointment that some establishments are like this. I continued to express that I needed support & asked for products that’ll help restore my tresses. Mickey eventually gave me USED products with less than 1/2 left in the jars. (See pictures) Please do better Elicy! Never again!

I’ve been going to this salon for years and they are super careful with everything they do! Always ask questions before putting stuff in my hair and makes sure my experience there is always top tier! I love them so much and I will forever come to this salon !
My GRANDDAUGHTER got her hair done at Emily hair Salon, what a fabulous job they did. This place now will be her salon forever. Even, the customer service was outstanding. The prices are within our range. This salon also, is very Clean, sanitized and even the bathroom. I take pride as to where I go, n take my granddaughter to. I will definitely let all my friends n family know about this salon. Thank you for your time n service. I really appreciate all that you have done while in the salon. ???????????????? I went here for a blow out and a deep condition for my birthday every was fine my hair came out looking great and I thought that was going to be the end of it. But no a week later I got to wash my hair and now my hair is falling out, this never happens when I use my products I always use at home. But now my hair is falling out in big chunks I don't have any bald spots luckily. But now I have a ton of damage my hair is coming uneven and dry. I don't what they did to my hair or what product they use to beep condition my hair with, and my hair was perfectly fine and healthy before coming here. I'm so mad and I have no idea what to do with my hair now. I'm not happy and I won't be going back.
