Six days ago I got a gel manicure & the gel peeled off 2 of my nails & chipped on my thumb. I was told to wear a rubber glover over my nails in the shower because of the warm water.
The lady seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. The nails ended up thick and crooked. Most of the nails ended up falling off and chipping.
Went here and was the absolute worst customer service experience EVER! *Its a Long story* I called ahead and made an appointment for acrylic full sets they did not ask how many just the time and name. That’s what I gave to them and when me and my mother showed up they had a problem and made a big deal about doing her nails but ended up doing them anyway. We asked them right off the bat if they had just regular acrylic polish, none of the powder or anything else. Gave me what was supposed to be acrylic to choose from but was in fact dip powder selections which is the more expensive option. I had to tell them after getting 1/3 through our nails that is not what we wanted and then they proceeded to tell me otherwise but grabbed the “acrylic” polish anyways. During the time of nails getting done nothing about extra costs was being said nor was there any kind of politeness or good customer service just plain rude. (Mostly towards my mother who has a nerve condition that causes her hands to involuntarily twitch or shake).Even made fun of other customers who were sat further away and me and not in a joking manner. After my mom finishing before me even though starting after me we were told it would be $150 for our nails. This completely blind sided us especially since we asked for the acrylic nails which were listed as $30+ and for both of our shapes should have been no more than $70 all together. The price kept being lowered even though we told them we weren’t paying more than $70-$80 for the nails because that was $10-$20 over listed price. So I told them to just cut them off because this is getting out of control and then he tried charging us to cut them off. So I just asked for the nail scissors to do it myself and he began to cut them off aggressively and tell us that any other salon charges the same if not more and he would bet us $100 on it. While he is saying this my mom is offering him $60 for his time and he wouldn’t take it instead he was insisting on a debit card (which he did not get) . So we ended up leaving after being there for an hour and a half and spent only 3-5 min arguing over price and the same picking out colors. Neither of us were upset about cutting the nails off either because they were far from $90 & $60 nails. Crooked shape and opaque color. We will never return and I’m surprised how quickly it has changed in the past year with who’s in charge now.
I recently got my nails done and the man who did them was going way too fast and didnt smooth the nail all the way on top. To add, one of the nails are already loose. Needless to say, they shouldn’t be charging $55 for a full set. This is $20 quality nails.
Owner of the salon yelled at a woman who was holding her infant for parking in their parking lot without knowing if the woman was even a customer or not.
I’m sure the employees there are great but the way that the man yelled at the woman in the parking lot was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful.
Convenient and typically quick. Editing after a few rude encounters. It seems that asking to see more colors because you don't like matte, is a hassle ('you can't find a color in all those?'). I never thought treatment could get worse today. If you prefer scheduled nails then you should offer 'schedule only' and not be huffy and make someone who wants to rest, feel worse than they already feel.
First time going here and I'm very impressed!! The ladies that are working are super nice!!! They make sure you like your nails and if not, they will fix them until you do!! $50 for a full set of shellac...I'll definitely be back!!!
It's been 10 months since my last review. We went many times until they shut down. I think they may have new ownership. I called to have a pedicure today for my friend (Nov.8.2922). I asked if they require appointment or could we stop by. The reply was, "How many?" I said, "one." They asked, "How how long you gonna be?" I said, probably 15-20 minutes. He say, "11:25-30?" I say, "Sure sounds fine." We got to there earlier than expected. I still didn't know if it was an appointment or not. He asked, "How many?" I said, "Could we have 2?" He said when you called you only said one pedicure on the phone. I said I know I just wondered if you have time for two. He said they didn't. I'm like ok, fine my friend still needed her toes done. We waited outside for the 10 minutes then went back in. I said OK she's on time for her 11:25am pedicure appointment. He let me know they had no appointments available. That I did not speak with him. I must have called another store. I showed him the phone number I called & he said it must have been transferred to a different location and I must have made an appointment there. Reminder this is the same attendant I just spoke to 10 minutes prior. The one who acknowledged I had called and requested one pedicure at 11:25-30. He tries to show me the appointment book. I refused and tried not to look at it as it is bad form for clients to know who is there. This should be private between the business and the client. I didn't doubt another appointment was scheduled. In the end his bad attitude and obvious lying made me a bit unnerved. It would have helped if he had answered the question origionally when I called so that I knew appointments are now required. So what if he decided to give away the appointment. I have no problem with this. It is good business to be able to handle the work-flow. I also found no need to fight or argue with me over something so simple. I don't argue. I wanted to find a way for my friend to get her needrd pedicure. FYI while showing me his client book I could easily see nothing scheduled until 3pm so I'm sure there would have been another chance to book an appointment that could work for him. But Geez-O-Peets man. Calm down. You were able to fill your hour with clients. Rather than arguing you could of saved time and scheduled her a later appointment. So many ways to handle this situation. NO NEED TO ARGUE AND CAUSE SUCH A FUSS MAN! A bit unhappy ???? I think somebody needs a 20 second hug.
