Just moved out here and was hoping for a good experience. However, the woman with the burgundy hair did a horrible job on my nails and feet . She rushed through both! For the price i paid for my feet i could of done at home.
Okay so I asked for these nails but with pink instead of purple and first off before she started on my set she was doing a pedicure and she didn’t wash her hands before starting on me and then when she started she asked if i wanted stickers even though the set very clearly is all painted so I just said no. She was really rough with me and I’m not even sensitive. After she did the solid colors she asked what stickers I wanted again. I said I didn’t want any stickers I just wanted the pattern from the set. She said she couldn’t do it so I ended up with just solid colored nails. I wish she would’ve at least told me in the beginning that she couldn’t do that pattern because I showed her what I wanted before she got started. The set ended up being $40 and they’re not even completely smooth and one of my pinkies is crooked.
My nail tech was extremely friendly! She took the time to thin out my nails but left one of them chunkier than the rest. There was some kind of lint or dust on one nail so she removed the polish and started over on the nail but when o left I realized it didnt dry smooth as the rest.
I will definitely come back in the future ,but the thumb gets 3 stars today.
This is my 2nd rude experience with the woman with the burgundy hair . She is rough and burned my cuticle with her electric file. There is one young lady in there but she is impossible to catch. I have had her cancel my appointment at least twice and she is only in that shop a few days a month
Use to go to this place all the time and when I went there last month for a pedicure is was horrible. The lady doing my feet had some kind of rash on her hand and wrist. They overcharged me for the service after they told me a different price at the beginning. I paid and left and will never return.
Honestly a last resort when no one else close by is open on a sunday. I come out with my cuticles bleeding everytime. Asked for almond and she ignored me and gave me wide square nails and also refused a design. I have done my own nails before and this about what i expect myself to do for like $15. I never cared for their customers service but im all for a couple chances just to give people chance but this time the nails came out just nothing like i wanted, shape, color, thickness, and design she ignored everything demand and was just rushing me along. Last time i pay $45 for nails i absolutely hate.
I usually go to this place and always get my eyebrows done. Usually they would do them really nice but I don’t know what happened. The lady left them too thin. My eyebrows are not this thin and there is no way to fix them. I have to wait till they grow out. Im really disappointed.
I was so excited to get my nails done with my friends because they said this place was great and affordable. However, the guy who did my nails took excessively long, cut my finger to where it was bleeding, and then proceeded to file AND paint my nail even after me pointing out it was bleeding. My thumbs are two completely different lengths and shapes. He also used gel nail polish when I specifically said, multiple times, NO GEL. Meaning, my nails cost $40 when I was only expecting to pay $30 including the tip, because I only asked for solid color acrylics. Overall, my experience was very bad and I do not plan on going here ever again.
