Jessica is the Michael Jordan of nails there is no other like her. She uses the absolute best products the acrylic she uses lasts twice as long is anywhere else and she is so fast it is shocking I can get a full set of coffin nails in 25 minutes out the door and they look better than if I had spent an hour and a half and another salon. She is the best nail tech I have EVER known and believe me I have known probably hundreds!! There's no substitute when it comes to her type of expertise. She makes it look effortless why can't other people do it like that? Lol ????????????????
They fixed my nails after a bad experience before coming on vacation. Was nice to have a full conversation and come out with great nails and wonderful eyebrows.
Probably the worst nail experience I've had in the last 10 years. While the facility is nice enough, the employees did everything possible not to listen to my request. I felt like I was nothing but part of a cattle call to get in and get out as quickly as possible. I left there with nails that are jagged, uneven, and look nothing like what I asked for. Every time I tried to mention that things weren't going as I had requested, I was informed that I don't know what I'm talking about because they are the professionals. Then they would speak in their native language and I thought as though I was constantly being talked about. Incredibly disrespectful individuals who work there.
The nail tech acted highly irritated I was getting my nails done. She was aggressive with my hands. I have many cuts from the aggressive manicure. I asked for a more square shape after I told her square round. She paused and didn’t say a word. I knew this made her more angry. I ended tipping her thinking maybe it was a bad day for her. Anyway, I’ve never been more disappointed being treated in a nail salon. I go there on and off, but after that I won’t be back.
The pedicure wasn’t good they didn’t take off dead skin as asked. After asking 3 times to trim nails short still did what they wanted.polish was clumpy couldn’t do simple nail art. We will not be back.
Most painful pedicure I've ever had. The woman that did my pedicure was rough and she did not do a very good job. I didn't even bother with polish I just told her to stop. I paid and left. I won't go back to that shop. My daughter also had a pedicure and she has the same complaints. She was finished in less than 15 min. She won't go back to that shop either. Also, the woman completely ignored me when I spoke to her and I had to ask if she understood me and another employee had to intervene, and she wasn't very nice about it she spoke very curtly to me.
Took my grown daughter to get pedicures. She had a true professional. I was assigned an older man that spoke no English( only veitnemese) and had big, heavy hands. Although he did his best, he kept making mistakes and couldn't even make two simple dots on my big toe. Thankfully, H's pro came to my aid. The moral of this story, be careful of where you go bc you never know what you'll get for what you pay!!
Easy to get in, service was good but not a lot of color selection and I would prefer a quick dry top coat or a fan drying bar. Waited for 20 mins and polish was still very tacky. Great foot massage though.
