Had a gel manicure and after three different people attempting to give me a French tip gel manicure The Manager Kim had to come try to salvage the mess the others made of my nails. I was so angry, almost in tears and the worst part was Yen argued how my nails should look even after I showed her Their own website French Manicure photos. To reiterate Kim did her best to fix their mistakes, the result you see below. I suggest if you visit here do yourself a favor and see Kim. I’m usually give very generous tips. Today I was disappointed that I didn’t even tip Kim, who genuinely deserved it.
completely unprofessional, i have been waiting for well over an hour and a white lady walked in before me and she also had to wait but they got started on her nails first even though i had called ahead and had been waiting. i’m very upset and wont be returning. not to mention some of their products weren’t clean. don’t recommend unless you want to be humiliated.
They messed up my baby’s nails, and over charged with the promise of them lasting for “two months”. The nails barely lasted two weeks. Do not trust the reviews and take your money somewhere else.
I didn’t like how the women did it in a rush and didn’t paint it correctly it’s all different sizes some not even the same shape I had to go back today because it fell off earlier and she said it’s cus my nails are short ..do not recommend this place

This is my first visit and I’m very picky when it comes to my nails. I had Kim and she was great. Did as I asked and made sure all my nails are the same size and my nails are not bigger than my fingers.
I never usually write any reviews or posts but I feel like I need to with this nail salon. First of all I felt very uncomfortable when the women doing my nails spoke to other people in her language that I couldn’t understand everytime I brought an issue about my nails up to her. Every one would just stare at me after giving me the most uncomfortable experience. Second the women doing my nail didn’t properly remove the prior gel residue off my nails before she was trying to dip my nail into a new product ( believe me the old gel was very visible still). When I tried to show her several times she would just yes me to death without fixing the problem so frustrating. That was not the 1st time I experienced that situation with old product not being removed completely it happened before with my toes. I figured I would give the salon another chance thinking maybe I just had an inexperienced person the 1st time being she seemed very young and still learning but found out no the issue. Also I noticed the prices have changed twice with in the 3 months of my appointments there. I gave this salon 2 stars mostly because they do keep it clean. But I’ve def learned my lesson no more visits to this salon.
I came here and I felt so rushed and was not satisfied . She rushed my pedicure and manicure just so she could attend another client . I saw Tammy because I heard she was good but she didn’t so a thorough job on my nails or feet. The nail polished chipped the next day and I gave her a tip even when she rushed my service and she didn’t look happy . I do not recommend this place .
