Do not suggest taking puppies here! I had prepared my 4 month puppy for first partial groom and he was exercised before going. I asked for a face, feet and Fannie groom just to get him used to going. He was calm when I dropped him off and giving kisses. But I got a call 1/2 later telling me I needed to pick up my OUT OF CONTROL puppy. What could possibly have happened? She could not handle him and gave me 2 options — sedate him or find a new groomer. It was extremely unprofessional and very disappointing. He was obviously scared. He got a bath and blow dry — no nail clipping or anything else! I will gladly find another groomer who is more capable and patient.
so I was given a text message to confirm an appointment I had. I did not confirm this appointment as I was not going to be able to make it due to personal family issues. which is the whole point of sending out a confirmation to let them know I will not be making it. I was given a message today saying I was going to be charged for the appointment. when I called I spoke to a very inappropriate lady. I am a very relaxed and understanding person. I apologized I was unable to make it and explained the whole not confirming. instead of being understanding and figuring out a way this can work for both of us she very sarcastically said well you should have just called. I asked if they normally tell customers about this charge or have any kind of information letting me know this would happen had I not specifically called to reschedule. she said "well no that's just what most people do" they must be new and quite unprofessional at running a business to just assume or hope people will do specific things as well all have busy lives and unexpectedcircumstances come up. I explained this and she began yelling and saying well we don't want your business or you animal here then" and proceeded to hang up. I will never return to this company and recommend it to anyone .. zero stars

Fur Crazy did an outstanding job on our Cairn Terrier. Deb took such good care of our little pup and made him look absolutely gorgeous. A really great value for exceptional service. We will definitely be bringing him back. Everyone was friendly, responsive, helpful, and professional. What a great experience for the first full grooming of our little guy. We are so pleased!
Our goldendoodle is always raving about Carrie when she leaves the salon????.
Milly used to be so scared going to the groomers, but she loves it here. We no longer have the “dropping your kids off at daycare” feeling. Carrie always does amazing and timely work. We’ve never had a problem scheduling an appointment, and won’t take our doodle elsewhere.
Love this place! It was our 1st time using the salon and already set up our next appt. They did an amazing job on my two cavapoo babies!

Fur crazy is wonderful. They were able to get my Bishan in the same day I called and they did an absolutely fantastic job. My dog was none too thrilled when I walked in the door and she was going to have none of this grooming stuff as there have been some bad experiences with another groomer in another city, she came home beautiful and wagging her tail. The staff were wonderful they loved on her and they made Her feel comfortable. We will come back here again
