I shop at Georges a few times a month... its convenient because its close to home but I also like it because of the experience. Its not just a regular hair store, like if you were shopping with the Asians "hurry up and buy"... customer service is actually valued here. Great products, great prices, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and I always go in to see my girl we have great talks while she helps me shop, whether it be for myself or my teenager or my 4yr old, she's very knowledgeable and helpful. And their rewards program is the best, I usually shop and just save all of my rewards points and use them at the end of the year.

George’s has poor customer service skills. I spent hundreds of dollars in a month times, since they’ve been open They don’t process their rewards cards. The younger brother has a nasty attitude. I wouldn’t recommend patronizing with them.

The quality of hair and selection of hair and hair products is great especially if you are a last minute shopper like myself. Most of the time I go online to buy wigs because you can customize them but if I need my wig sooner I’m coming here. But child... between the customer service and the rewards program baby I’m in love. The sales associate could be going through something in her personal and we will talk about it and shop around at the same time. I feel a sisterhood between these women and we need that especially when it comes to our hair. Shopping is a therapeutic experience and George’s gives me that with also saving money with their REWARDS PROGRAM. Sign up!!!

I received a not so great unit that I had just purchased. I was really nervous because it was a lot of money, but the owner saw the condition and made sure that he handled the situation. They were very kind and knowledgeable.

Nice beauty supply store.. They have a large selection of every hair care product imaginable. As well as wigs and bundles of weave. The clippers are very expensive though!!! You'll find what you're looking for there!!!

Love This store...prices are reasonable...selection of hair is awesome.I am a wig shopper and this is the only location to sell the ashanti wig in all colors but the most popular color is the dark purple. I had stopped going there for a minute but I will never do that again.

Good customer service. Was not faniliar with products and the nice lady was patient and knowledgeable and assisted me with what I needed. She did not just point to a product and wall away but spent time discussing 5 years olds hair needs.
