This place is absolutely horrible. I would encourage you not to waste your money going to this place. The older guy is completely rude and unprofessional. I have never been treated so horribly by a nail tech than I have by him. He screamed and yelled at me and then got up and walked away and went in the back. All I asked of him was to fix the design on my nail and he said I complained too much. It was all smeared. He made me feel so uncomfortable. I went one time before and he was rude then but I assumed he was having a bad day. I am usually so appreciative of the people who do my nails and always tip good but this was the worst experience I have had at a salon. Don’t waste your money!
Inconsistent success with having my nails done. Lately they have had only 2 technicians aalvailable. Sometimes they don't leave my nails under the curing lamp long enough, so I've needed to go back in after a short break (a week). On the plus side, they have plenty of colors to satisfy your strangest desires.
I’m from Phoenix and was visiting my mom so we decided to get our nails done and they ended up peeling off after less than 24 hours, and they were wet underneath. We got there at 11 and there wasn’t anyone else in there so it sucks that they couldn’t take enough time to make sure these were done correctly. Very disappointed. My moms apparently had this happen there before but wanted to support a local business so she gave them another shot.
HORRIBLE, RUDE. I called and asked for a gel fill. When I got there I tried to be friendly, and talk. The man acted irritated and made smart remarks about my questions. Very rough nicked me 3 times, re used files without sanitizing, board of cosmotology would love to hear that!!Time for fill. I again had stated I wanted a gel fill. He starts doing acrylic . I said no I need gel fill. He says gel is done last with polish. I said no, it's thick and buildable He proceeds to tell me I don't know what I am talking about. I said yes, I do!! I am an ex nail tech. He gets mad says fine if you want other. Then proceeds to talk in their language mixed with english and tells the lady I am being difficult and don't know what I am talking about. I again said yes I do know what I am talking about and I am not being difficult, I want the service I asked for since my nails are gel. He gets mad refuses to finish my nails , tells the lady to do it. Then continues to say nasty remarks and arguing. I was telling a friend about what happened. She said she had something similar happen to her, they called he names and basically called her a Liar. .... Note.. if you are living in MY country and taking MY American dollar, then you better speak English . Your living in my country!! Speak your own language in private !! Very rude. Stay away from this very unprofessional dirty salon.

He wore earbuds and watched a football game on his phone while doing my nails. I'm from out of town, but if I returned I would make it a point to not have him do my nails.
Nice salon. Nails look really good. I'll need to file a few sharp places where the gel overlapped my skin a little, but I also didn't ask them to take care of it - they probably would have.
I really enjoy my two weekly manicure and pedicure. I only see Hannah. She is awesome.
My mom and I made an appt for a mani/pedi. They got us seated right away and we enjoyed our time there. Logan & his girlfriend did a wonderful job with our nails and did a great job with some art work too.
