I'm just amazed how they were able to give my 2 shih tzus their spark back.. not gonna get into details as to why they were so matted but these here folks did an amazing job.. I am so thankful and will definitely recommend this place to anyone. Love Daisy and Cosmo.. ????

They did an amazing job! My cocker spaniel can be grumpy and was very disheveled they did a great job and I picked him up as handsome as can be! Would definitely reccomend!

Really have to give you props on what a beautiful job you did on a doodle that was matted to heck and neglected. It looks so much better afterwards. The owner was trying to drag you on her page for shaving off the mats, but that backfired as a group of 7,000 people are pointing out her obvious neglect. With screenshots of her admitting to how little she maintained her dog.

Absolutely amazing!! Andrea did a beautiful job on my Snow!! Snow is a Great Pyrenees and she had Mats and well smelled like a dog.. lol.. I recommend them highly!!

Small shop that has been around for years. The ladies working here have over 70 years in combined experience. I always know my dogs are in great hands when I drop them off and I'm always impressed when I pick them up. Cannot recommend them enough!

My previous review was from a year ago, which was 5 stars today my experience is to the point that I'll never visit this place again. No doubt they do a great job grooming my fur baby but today their attitudes & dispositions were very frustrating for me. I called this morning after 10am to see if I could bring my dog, she said yes, I told her his name & mine. I was NOT told to have him there by a certain time. I arrived around 11:45, was told they don't usually groom after 11 & had scratched my name off because they expected me 30 minutes ago? I said do I need to bring him some other time, neither lady responded? The older lady came out to get my dog & said we close at 2pm. I said OK thank you, no response? OK I got a call at 12:44 saying he was finished, I said OK I'll be to get him, was told to come now because they were closing? Hmm an hour early? That frustrated me to no end because I had to stop in the middle of what I was doing & rush to get him! Also have never paid more than a certain price to get him washed, but today it was more. I WILL NOT RETURN. Professionalism is key in my book & the 2 older ladies present today always lack that. ????

I have taken my pets here for 10 plus years. Satisfied with the grooming and reasonable prices.
