They were great! This place wbusy, which means a lot of people like it. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about their jobs. The price was fair. AND I broke a nail (totally my fault) the next morning and they got me right in and fixed it with no charge. We'll definitely return!
super rude to not only me but also others. acted like it was a problem doing our nails yet they were all appointments accepted by them.
Was ridiculous…made an appointment for gel acrylic a new set( take old set off) it wasn’t that old of a set but he butchered them making my nail width way to skinny so I wanted new set… he continued to argue with me…at least there was a nice lady next to me that was saying well she is the customer you should do as she wanted….was supposed to get a pedicure too but he said idk probably have to wait awhile…like seriously after making an appointment…will never ever go back and would not recommend them period!

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had… prices are sky high for what u get. White paint on my toes, just in a hurry to get people done. People waiting and waiting on their “ appointments “ that really didn’t exist. Will NOT be returning!!!!
I have had pedicures and manicures here and I have never had a bad experience. I find the people very friendly and they were helpful and polite when I was a first-timer and didn't know the procedures. I never found it rude, as some reviewers did, that the nail technicians had conversations in a language other than English. It seemed natural to me that they would. I like this place and the personnel and I think they give good value for the money.
If I could give zero stars I would. They refused to give me the design I wanted because "it was too hard" when it really wasn't that hard at all. It had a bunch of lines on top of a solid color. The girl I had stopped doing my nails and answered her cell phone twice. I was told it was going to be a ten minute wait and I ended up waiting 45 minutes! They talked about me and mocked me in their language and rolled there eyes at me when I had them correct the shape of my acrylics. Definitely do not recommend they are extremely unprofessional and rude. I will never go back and that was my first time there!
I signed in they didn’t even acknowledge me. There were 3 people working. Not one acknowledged me. They acknowledged other people that came in after me. I left. I’m new to the area. It was my first time there and will never go back.
We were driving through and decided to stop for a pedicure. Mine felt a little rushed, but we went about 90 minutes before closing and about 5 people showed up after us. My polish looks nice, but I still need to trim some dead skin around my toes.
