Quick Facts About HEADLINERS BARBER SHOP

Headliners Barber Shop has many strengths, as mentioned in the comments. One recurring theme is the friendly and patient barbers who work well with children. This is essential for parents who want their kids to have a positive experience during their haircuts. The atmosphere is also mentioned as being good, which creates a comfortable and enjoyable environment for customers.
Another strength is the excellent haircuts provided by some of the barbers. Customers are pleased with the quality of their haircuts, and this is a crucial aspect of any barber shop. It is important for customers to leave satisfied with their new look.
Additionally, the barbershop is commended for its great customer service. The staff members are friendly and create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. This contributes to the positive experience that patrons have at Headliners Barber Shop.
Many customers also appreciate the fact that the barbershop is family-friendly. This is important for parents who want to bring their children along for haircuts. They feel comfortable knowing that the barbers are patient and gentle with their kids, and that there are no adult conversations or cussing happening around their children.
A specific barber, Danny, is praised for his skills and patience when working with children. This shows that there are skilled barbers at Headliners Barber Shop who can cater to the specific needs of different clients.
One customer even mentions that there are cool barbers at the shop and they have never had any complaints about the haircuts. This highlights the consistent quality of the haircuts provided by the barbers.
Christian, another barber at the shop, receives a shout-out for his excellent hair cutting skills. This suggests that there are multiple skilled barbers available at Headliners Barber Shop.
However, there are also some weaknesses mentioned in the comments. One customer had a negative experience with a barber named Lexus. The haircut was described as just okay, and the customer felt that the focus was on making money rather than providing a good service. Furthermore, the pricing seemed to be an issue as there was confusion and dissatisfaction over the charges for different services. This customer was not satisfied and mentioned that they would not return to Lexus, expressing a preference for their regular barbers instead.
Another customer had a terrible experience with a barber named AJ. The haircut they received was not up to their expectations, and they had to go back multiple times to fix it. The customer felt that they were overcharged for the services, and the behavior of AJ asking for a tip after already receiving payment was seen as unprofessional customer service. This negative experience could dissuade potential customers from choosing AJ as their barber and may create the perception that the barbershop does not prioritize customer satisfaction.
There was also a complaint about the appointment booking process. The customer made an appointment online, but when they arrived at the barbershop, they were told that the barber they booked with was not there. This highlights a lack of organization in terms of managing appointments and could lead to frustration for customers who rely on online booking systems.
In conclusion, Headliners Barber Shop has strengths in terms of its friendly and patient barbers, great atmosphere, excellent haircuts, and good customer service. However, there are weaknesses related to inconsistent quality from certain barbers, confusion over pricing, and issues with the appointment booking process. It is important for the barbershop to address these weaknesses to maintain a positive reputation and ensure customer satisfaction.

Best TL Reviews

Went here to get my 3 year olds first haircut and Danny who cut my son's hair was very patient and good with my kid! Good atmosphere and great haircuts! Would recommend!
Got this person called Lexus the haircut was just ok and the person was friendly, but it was all about the money for this person. I usually just pay 30 bucks for beard and eyebrows included, but I declined on the beard and asked about the eyebrows and this person said it would be and additional 5 bucks. I was charged 35 for just the haircut and eyebrow trim. Not going back to this person again. I want my regular guys, Danny, Christian or Juice.
I take my 8-year-old and almost three year old here all the time my 8-year-old loves it and so does my 3-year-old they're always very nice/patient and gentle with my boys and never any cussing or adult conversations around my boy's which I appreciate because I've gone to other barber shops that don't take that into consideration. Definitely recommend them anytime.
I almost never write reviews, let alone bad reviews but I had a terrible experience here. I went in for a haircut and was greeted by a gentleman barber by the name of AJ. I showed him a picture and he gave me a 6/10 haircut. I shrugged it off and went home and my girlfriend just started laughing at me, telling me we need to try and fix this. So we did and we didn’t do a great job but we both agreed it was slightly better than it was previously, so out of frustration I went back and to my surprise there he was again. He attempted to fix my hair once again (my mistake), and I appreciate the effort. The part that really upset me was that I payed him close to $30 for the first cut and when I asked him how much for fixing my hair the second time, he told me $15. So I told him, how about $10. He took my money and on the way out he proceeded to ask for a tip. So I basically payed him close to $40 for a 6/10 haircut and for him to fix a haircut, and on top of that he wanted another tip. From a business perspective, I am not only dissatisfied with the work but more so with the lack of customer service. I’ve been to previous barbers that would fix a haircut for free to gain clients. It seemed as if he saw it as an opportunity to make more money for maybe a 10-15 minute touch up. From his perspective, I tried to fix my own hair so he took that as an opportunity to point the finger and ask me for more money. I was okay with giving him more money but what really led me to writing this review was that he asked me for another tip after agreeing to take the money I offered him as I was walking outside the shop, literally embarrassing me in front others. When coming to this location, I would be very selective with who you get a haircut. Based on my observations, it seems that there are some good and not so good barbers, some that care about gaining your business and well others.
What I can say great customer service! Great vibes! Ask for Carlos!! You won't be disappointed! Don't hesitate to book an appt!!
Headliners in the Spectrum is amazing! Friendly staff, family friendly which is great! I highly recommend Raymond. He cut my son's hair and he did an amazing job. We will definitely be going back!
Highly recommend. Great service, cool barbers and excellent haircuts. Never had any complaints whatsoever.
Shout-out to Christian. That man can really cut hair.
Made an appointment online through google, took me to a Booksy app. Appointment got accepted and confirmed at 10.15am by Marc Anthony “AKA Mastabarba” as it said on the app. Showed up, sat down, and then got told by another barber that the person I got booked with was not there. What’s the point of having the option to book online when I still have to wait. But Chris, the first barber once you walk in, took care of me between his appointments and explained that only one barber is set up on the app and he is very flaky. So shout Chris for the Chop, it’s a dope haircut and he hooked it up by squeezing me in. Thanks Chris. Will definitely book with him again.
