I went into this salon last week looking for Christina but I was informed she no longer works here. I gave Esmeralda the benefit of the doubt after CLEARLY letting her know the three things I wanted done to my hair. Mind you, I have hip length hair and I asked for 4 inches off of the ends. Esmeralda proceeded to start chopping the back part of my top layer (literally mid point of the hair-shaft). With my hip length hair she thought a layer starting at my chin would fit even though I asked to keep my layers long. I stopped her multiple times seeking clarity because it seemed she intended to chop all my length, which i precisely asked for her to preserve. Would you believe that woman lied to my face telling me she would then blend the blunt layers she was creating without cutting anymore? I knew for a fact to blend she would have to cut more into the hair shaft, so I made her stop what she was doing and left. Had I not gotten up I would have left crying. What irritates me the most is if she didn’t know how to cut hair as long as mine, she should have said that. Secondly, the bold face lying as I’m telling her she’s cutting my hair in a way I’ve never seen done before and not listening to what I said to preserve my hair length. Avoid her if you go here. (Her chair is the first one on the right when you enter pass the little gate) She won’t listen to what you ask and she’ll lie to your face justifying her incompetence.

Been coming here as long as I can remember but ever since the last people left this place is no longer good. The new people are unreliable, there is always something wrong. I just recently got a haircut with my brother. All I wanted was long bangs and a trim. They obviously don't know how to cut straight or listen since my bangs were cut too short and are uneven. Tried styling and straightening them but they are still uneven. My brothers hair in the back is also choppy and not lined straight as well! Forgot to say the back of his neck is all scratched up from the razer done by the new young man. His neck still hurts hours later!!

If you want unreliable service, this is the place to come. You have to call to make an appointment 3 to 4 days prior because apparently this place is too booked to see you the next day or day after. However, when you show up you have to wait an additional 20-40 minutes for them to finish cutting someone else’s hair in an EMPTY salon, so your appointment that you made almost a week ago is still delayed. This was my third time coming to this shop and every time I ask for the same haircut and end up with different results. While you’re in the chair, the person cutting your hair will be making personal phone calls and gossiping with the other hairdressers about THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS. Very unprofessional, poor time management skills, poor customer service. On top of everything I stated above, the hairdresser that cut my hair was SICK. Coughing, laughing, talking and eating. I was very disappointed with my visit and will not be returning.

I have been bring my boys here for the last few months and have always been happy. The owner is very nice. She and two of the other girls have cut their hair. I was a little scared to try a new place after moving from Henderson, but very happy we did! They take the time to make sure your happy! Thank you!

Very good place, I liked nice haircut ???? I've been having a haircut a few times already no disappointed.

Management changed a few months back. Not as good of haircut like I would get when Cynthia was there.

Good customer service, it can get busy on the weekends so a little bit of a wait. Would be nice if they updated their schedule and hours of operation on Google Maps.

Great service. The people are friendly and cut very good hair. The prices are more then reasonable.
