Disappointed. Changed my color due to the color I picked being to light but didn’t give me an opportunity to see the new color she picked or look at the option list again to make my own choice.
My gel manicure was sloppy and there are bumps in my nails, the nail prep work was sloppy. This is only my 2nd gel manicure so I don’t have unhealthy or naturally bumpy nails. They were in good shape not broken or uneven when I walked in.
Lotion just slapped on legs and hands not applied to feet at all.
Too much of a language barrier.

Pedicure was okay, very basic. Placed a warm towel on my legs while painting ties which got very cold fast.
I wouldn’t recommend using this salon if you are looking for a place to pay attention to detail.
Bella did a great and efficient job on my nails. I've tried just about every place around town and I don't have anything to complain about here. My nails aren't super thick, the shape is what I want, I don't have any weird sharp edges, and my fill + gel was $45.
my nails were completely wrongly shaped. my nails were diagonal basically. i wanted french tips and they came out absolutely terrible i just had her take the color off because of how bad it was. never ever going back there
Went for a manicure not my usual salon I go to. She was very sloppy. She put acetone wrap on my fingers and she put so much that it dripped down my arm on my sweater. I asked her to pull up my sleeves so my sweater would not get ruined and she gave me a dirty look. Then I did not want gel and she asked me why not. To top it off she says want an eyebrow wax. I said no thank you my eyebrows are professionally done I have had electrolysis. Clearly just trying to make money. They charged me $ 35 for a manicure with just clear polish. Sorry but never dealt with such rude service. Do they forget that we are the customers . Never going there again.
This place is not nearly as good as some others. My daughter and I felt like they were completely annoyed while doing our nails. We felt shamed for not wanting to do the gel and the girls attend to us rushed through the whole process. It literally took them 15 minutes to do both of our nails. Don't think we will come back again.
When I got home I noticed how crooked some of the tips were, and how some were more rounded and some were more pointed. The nail beds themselves were very uneven and they didn't shine like I wanted them too when I got the gel. On a few nails , they are starting to already recede and show my nail underneath while the others are not. I just got them done last week. And the underneath has not been cleaned out so it's thick and hard. I cleaned it out myself. They didn't even clip and filled my nails underneath. I don't think I will go back. For the price these cost me, I could have gotten better quality somewhere else. After I got my nails done 2 days later my thumb nail broke and my index finger chipped. Went back to get it fixed and a color change, they charge $35 for a color change which is alot. Then no less than 1 day later my ring finger nail broke in half. I'm furious they don't do customer service, replace nails for free since they screwed up or refund. I will go to Henrietta from now on for better quality and much better price. Buyer BEWARE. This place is bad. Save your money.
I thought I would give this place a try but I wish I hadn't. I went in for a simple soak off which cost me $12. That seemed oddly high to me but I went with it.
I was definitely disappointed. She didn't even get off all the dip powder or the color. I wanted to sit and get them soaked off but she immediately went in with a drill and was pretty aggressive and the drill ran off on my finger a few times. My nails are still so thick from the clear dip powder that remains. Just overall disappointed and I Won’t be going back.
Dont ever go here there disrespectful, horrible service and do your nails sloppy, and get annoyed at little things like having gel on your nails and wanting paint they upcharged me for having gel on my nails! I walked out don’t go!
