Chairs don’t massage well, I had to be moved to another chair that wasn’t broken, but still I couldn’t feel the massage :( owner said, if this one doesn’t work idk what to tell you. I said, discount, she quickly said we don’t do discounts. No personality in the 3 women there, so awkward silence with light music playing. The thing that made me give 2 stars, is THEY RE-USE buffers, pumice stone scrubs and brushes all designed for single use. This transfers bacteria to ALL your clients. $45 for French tip gel, and tools that CAN NOT BE SANITZED. Metal, yes. It disposable single use hygiene items. It shocked me. I said something about all this, but met with silent stairs by the owner. The employee asked if I wanted new products, but she had already completed my scrub when I realized how worn the scrubber was. Just gross. Advice to the shop. Learn customer service. Client retention is huge in your business if you want it successful. And don’t be stingy with hygienic single use tools. All in all, just ok, I do expect better bc I did nails in the past.
I was in today to get my nails done and the gentleman did them. I have never been so rush out of a spa so quick!!!! My 3 nails are messed up and now I’m having to go get them redone . I don’t know where customers service is anymore!
I must say that I truly didn't know how bad my legs were sore until I had a pedicure. These ladies are awesome. I also got a full set of nails and I am so pleased. A mask is required to enter, which, I love their policy. The business is very nice and clean. Thank you to the ladies at JS Nails. You sure know how to make someone feel special.
Jenny the owner always did a horrible job. Rushed through and left dip powder all over my hands. Never would file them evenly. One of the girls that was supposed to give me a pedicure was so rude and said I could have a polish change not a pedicure. They used to be good. The more I went the worse I got treated. I left so upset one day because how badly I was treated.
I went there as I am new to the area and I see them in passing daily. It was supposed to be a bday treat, but turned into a bday hurtful experience. I walked in and informed them that I wanted a pedicure. I was told to pick my color. After selecting a color, I was instructed to take a seat and I did. The water was luke warm, low lying in the bowl, and very still as if he had previously been ran, but I did not think much of it because the water appeared clean and I knew I would ask the lady to warm the water which would also fill the bowl. As I was waiting for her to come from the back I sat there with my feet swaying in the water and looking around the facility and back at my feet and so on. Young tech came out and asked if I liked temp or wanted hotter. I said hotter and she turned on the water and filled it up. All was fine until she turned on the jets, walked off, and some type of residue came out....like little particles of something. I pulled my feet out and informed her when she came back. She proceeded to "attempt" to place my feet back in the water stating it was normal and it was just the dead skin from my feet. I said noooo it wasn't and I had never seen that at ANY salon I've visited. She proceeded to tell me that it was me and I stated I'd just leave. She semi snatched the towel and walked off. As I was putting on my shoes, the man in there stood up from his chair and said that his place was clean, very very clean, and it was dirt from the bottom of my feet from walking barefoot on the floor and walking outside barefoot. I took offense to that. Dude kept saying it as I was saying that's not my character to do such a thing. He just kept at it. Don't know what he was trying to convey, but the adult lady kept apologizing for him and the experience and I left. Never going back.

I usually just get my eyebrows waxed but today I decided to give them a shot st a pedicure. My pedicure is beautiful & as always, my eyebrows look great. I'll be a regular customer.
I've been a customer of JS Nails for years, using many of the various services offered. The professional, friendly staff performs quality work at fair prices, and the atmosphere maintains a warm, hometown vibe. Totally recommend!
