Very inconsistent :( I have gone to K9 cutters for many years on and off with my fur babies. When they were located in Derby I never had a problem. I have witnessed the groomers being rough with my 4lb Yorkie ( when I say being rough. Referring to aggressively brushing her) it showed her pictures and got nothing close to it. She look like she pretty much just shaved her. I gave them two more chances after two other incidences this final one will never go back there again!! IAM posting a picture of what actually took place and what they were supposed to do. (Second photo was done by wash n wag in Lakeview) . Please note that I did give her the picture of what I was looking for. Don't get me wrong she looks beautiful

I took my “baby” there today for the first time and was very pleased. They are friendly and the area is clean and bright. I have always gone to a private groomer so I was a little nervous leaving her, but they did a great job and Holly looks beautiful. I will definitely be back.

I would give this place five stars they were very courteous and they did a very great job on my dog! My phone wouldn't let me write him higher than three which is not fair five stars.

My fiance & I take our older dog Blue here & they do such a wonderful job with him. They are pretty reasonably priced and our fur baby looks beautiful when we pick him up.

I have a senior dog who needed his nails clipped, I've gone here before, I was seen 15 minutes after I had called. They were very accommodating and caring. Great groomers.
