I’ve been going to Jackson a little over five years a loyal customer! Long story short I now have two boys, yes my baby boy still cries but oldest no longer doesn’t, he let two guys go in front of me instead of being a MAN and letting me know he didn’t feel like cutting their hair or whatever the case was. If you’re a business man you need to be consistent and don’t catch attitudes. You’re suppose to handle things decent and in order.
I normally have a great experience at this shop. Today I went in for a cut waited an hour for the shop to open. The first barber gets there early. He had cut my hair before but I didn't not like the quality. I waited for the other barbers to arrive finally one of the barbers that normally cuts my hair arrived around 8:30. I asked him what time they open since I saw a lady run to his SUV. He stated 9am. I was the first customer there waiting in the parking lot so I felt if I went in at 9am that I would be in the chair first. After I saw an older got get out of his car and walk in at 8:40 I walked in and the old lady was in the chair. That blew me since he stated the shop did not open until 9 as he walked passed me. To give the benefit of the doubt I thought that since I was the first customer there that I would be second. Nope he put the other guy before me. Even after I let him know I had been there before everyone which he knew because he saw me when he arrived as well as his co workers saw me there before he arrived. I had woke up 2 hours before work to get a haircut and was not able to receive a cut do to time issues from this incident. I support the shop owner which is why I'm always willing to give this place a chance.The shop owner was not there. The guys response to me was I can't cut your hair outside the shop. If I could have came in the shop before 9 he should have just said that.

It wasn't the whole Barbershop. I seen people sitting down with nice barbers and getting what they asked for. But the barber that cut my hair push my tapeline back a inch on both sides for $15 and I had to go home and cut myself a bald head. I'm going back though to get in a real Barber chair.
Took my son on Thursday..long story short price list says 10 for ages 5 & under barber who did it gave me 5.00 back from a 20 & I noticed after the fact tried to call but didn't get an answer. Clearly he needed that 5.00 bad, never had an issue before this but as a woman be cautious & don't let them cheat you out your money.
Best barber shop I've found in Warner Robins. I've been getting cuts here religiously for over a year and have never been disappointed. I've had cuts by 4 different barbers here prior to finding my go-to guy, but all of my cuts from those barbers blew away the local competition. Definitely a hidden gem.
I'm from South Carolina but came to Warner Robins to visit with family. My son needed a haircut so I googled black owned barbershops and I found this one. Wasn't to happy with some of the reviews but gave it a try. Came in and was welcomed and greeted appropriately. My son was directed to be seated and I was asked how I wanted his haircut and he cut it exactly as asked. I am very satisfied wi Mr. Lyncoya Jackson's work. Excellent service. Thanks!
Great barber shop in Warner Robins barbers their are amazing. They cut with care and a great atmosphere as well ,good vibe ,non cursing environment. Good clean family type convo and amazing attention to detail on your haircut and shave here at the Kapital. Alright fellows see y'all nextime im in the area ????????????
