I am very happy with my nails and how they turned out. I love the glitter and the color of the acrylic powder. The woman did a great job perfecting the shape of my nails without rushing. She tried a different acrylic color at first, which I didn‘t like. Eventually, she changed it to this nude shade, which matches my skin color. The sparkle suits Christmas and New Year‘s Eve very much. I‘m in love!
The price was good, but I rather pay a little more for a clean job, plus she did not like it that I told her I wanted a flat tip on my nails, not a curve nail. She made it very obvious that it bother her but I’m paying customer. I said medium length she gave me small nails. She didn’t ask me if I wanted nail polish she put white powder. I wasn’t very happy with my nails. I was reference here by a coworker, but I’d rather wait until Wendy is there because this lady had bad service and bad attitude didn’t ask me what shape I want. I had to tell her she didn’t ask me if I want gel or powder . I asked for a certain length. And she still cut them shorter. When I said medium length. And it doesn’t even look like a coffin shape to me either it looks square to me. But I’m going to wait until Wendy is back from her vacation since that’s what they’re saying, and hopefully is true they’re not just saying that.
This place I’ve been coming to off n on since 2012 and their service has always been efficient and sufficient. They’re kind, and understanding. And VERY clean even before the pandemic. They have always been pocket friendly, and one of the few places that have not drastically gone up in price in the name of Covid. I support this business!

Uhm, what?… This picture is taken an hour after I got them done. I didn’t realize how crooked it was and the clear is all over the toes.. I’m just going to stick to where I usually go.
Omg look I love to get my nails done there but because tomorrow is Christmas eve they were packed and I was getting them done but I had to go to someone else because another person that had a later appointment than me had to go instead it made no sense but it's alright
Horrible experience! I was there on a Tuesday for a gel manicure the next day one nail was peeling off. I called to tell them and they didn’t even want to see me on the same day to fix it. I had to go the next day “when was convenient for them” as they told me on the phone. Went back on Thursday had to wait 20 minutes before someone helped me, they “fixed” my gel manicure and by Saturday evening all gelo polish peeled off except for 3 fingers as shown in the photo. I called AGAIN and they told me they can’t fix it until TUESDAY!!!! I’m never going back there and I want a refund.

ITS A SHAME BECAUSE I DID LOVE THE WORK OF HER EMPLOYEE “MIMI”, THE ONLY THING IS SHE ONLY WORKS PART-TIME! I LOVE YOU MIMI ALWAYS , BUT YOUR BOSS IS TRASH AND SO IS THE PEDICURES THAT I PAY FOR! THERES SOME LADYS THAT DON’T CUT YOUR TOES RIGHT! SO MAKE SURE IF YOU BOOK AND APP. TELL THEM PEDICURE LADIES TO DO UR TOES RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
