My braids are super cute and I so appreciate Miriam and her sister for braiding my hair today. I sent a picture of what I wanted and I received exactly what I wanted/requested. I am pleased. Customer service was superb. I will definitely return for my hair braiding needs.
$180 for kinky twist PLUS they provided the hair. I am from up North(you bring your hair with you) There was only 2 Beautiful ladies, working on the day I visited.... It's a family oriented shop.... Please have patience with them... Guaranteed to love your new look... I traveled over 800 miles to visit this shop and I'm pleased
They messed my son's hair up. He came in to get his hair twisted. Each time he went , it looks like they did nothing to his hair. I took him somewhere else and they said his hair was so matted and tangled. These people don't know what they are doing. Do not come here they will mess your hair up!
I have been coming here for years. Everyone is always so nice and the atmosphere is always great too. My braids are always very well done and the styles are exactly as requested.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I came here to get my hair braided about 3 weeks ago. I wanted to support my people and usually, Africans are on point! Not this time! My hair looked 3 weeks old soon as she finished. They were not neat or crisp like braids are supposed to be when you first get them done. They were loose and not fresh at all! I paid the lady 180 dollars and the whole top of my head and side burns was filled up with black gel that I had to clean and wipe off. I been meaning to leave a review but didn’t because I’m busy and I usually never leave bad reviews but this was unacceptable. I called the following Monday when my coworker came in with an almost identical style from a different braiding shop and you could just tell the difference. Her hair was so much more neat and tight. I called these folks and text them asking for them to just redo the top. You think they answered?? Lol. H no! Just bad customer service! They didn’t answer my calls or text and never called back! They just want your money! They care nothing about quality! Everybody was telling me to go back but I just decided to take the loss! For 180 your hair should be done right! I was so disappointed. I’m leaving this review to hopefully help others dodge what I been though. Everybody was leaving that shop looking disappointed. How my hair look slept on, loose, no precise parts etc and I just got up out the chair. Save your hard earned money because these Africans can not braid, you can get somebody in the hood to do a better job I promise you. I been wearing hats everyday to work! For 180 I gotta wear a hat! Please take my advice and run from this shop!
They are the 1st people i met that braids my hair and it doesn't hurt.... I've been going 2 them for minute and I love them.... (very good people)
Went for a bob style , one lady started it then another took over, she stayed on the phone the whole time she was doing my hair. She also messed up the style and she also burned my real hair. She said my hair was too long for the style but not until after she had messed it up. And she still charged me the regular price. I ended up having to go to another shop to get it fixed. Stay away from this shop.
