Mark doesn’t have ANY basic communication or comprehension skills what so ever. My bf asked for an undercut and a TRIM off the top and this man buzzed the center of his head down to a 4. When we asked for him to fix it because we were very un pleased with the cut he was incredibly disrespectful and rude saying he “didn’t understand what we wanted in the first place”. He then continued to buzz his head further. We left with half of his head buzzed and had to get it fixed else where. Never ever would recommend this barber. Horrible service.
I think this is the best barbershop in town in terms of the quality of the haircuts they give. Most of the barbers are really nice guys and try their best to listen to their customers requests while showing a positive attitude. But recently I went to a different barber that I’ve never seen before, and I didn’t really get a good vibe from him. It seems as if he didn’t want to cut my hair and he spoke in an annoyed and uninterested tone. There’s a chance he was just having a bad day, but I probably wouldn’t go to him again.
I take my son here. The guys are great! Friendly environment. Clean place. Highly recommend
I was so excited because I had seen such amazing reviews and heard great things about this place and decided to take my 3 year old in for a haircut. Granted I came in 45 mins before closing time but I walked in and pretty much everyone just stared at me. No one introduced themselves or said hi. Then I just said I was there for a haircut for my son and what I wanted and one of the guys says “can someone take him? Sorry I just cleaned up my station” no one really even attempted to get up to take us and then after staring for like 30 awkward seconds someone stood up and motioned to take my son. He never spoke a single word to him or me. And I ended up paying like $20 with tip for a haircut. The cut itself was cute but the service made me so uncomfortable I don’t think I would ever return. I’m looking for another Barber in the area. I just urge the owners to be careful how the employees treat the customers. I appreciate that they have all these great reviews which means many of you have had great experiences I’m just sad I couldn’t be one of them.
Great experience my first time in the shop. Staff is friendly and shop is clean and comfortable. Mark R. gave me a great cut and made sure I got what I wanted. Highly recommend!!
Went in for a haircut and got hands down the worst haircut I've had in my life. Idk if the guy Julian who cut my hair was licensed. Had to go somewhere else immediately after to get it fixed, and I still have to wait for three spots on my head to grow out from what he did. Seems like they hired the guy without doing an interview or any type of training. I get that people need to learn, but not on my head for 20 bucks. The guy was nice and all but definitely needs immense training.
We see James. He cuts my 12 yr old son's hair. James does an incredible job & very precise & professional. The environment in the barbershop is great too.
I take my 6 year old son here and love it. He always looks good and gets tons of compliments. The price isnt bad at all especially for the quality of the cut. And i don't feel totally awkward and out of place being a woman. Highly recommend!
