Prices are different based on who you ask for some reason which is confusing. I always get my hair layered but for some reason my hair always ends up getting cut super short but maybe it's because of the hairstyle I want. Very nice hairstylists though!

I am never greeted when I walk in--just looked at. They are also unprofessional and have inconsistent pricing. Some days I am charged $10, others I am charged $12. But never $5 as advertised.
When I stopped by today, I signed my name and sat down for 15 minutes. During the course of my wait, two other clients arrived after me. When the third client arrived, he waved at the hairdresser who was at the back of the salon finishing her lunch. He signed his name and sat down. When the hairdresser approached the counter moments later, she only acknowleged the third client who had just arrived. Based on their pleasantries, he appeared to be a regular. The hairdresser asked him for his name and if he had made an appointment prior to coming in. The client said he called to ask if she was available but not to make an appointment. The hairdresser flipped over the sign-in sheet and said that his name had been taken down as "an appointment." She then invited him to have a seat in her chair. I stood up and approached the counter to verify whether his name was on the back of the sheet as the hairdresser claimed. It was not. I then proceeded to take my business elsewhere, never to return to this establishment.
Olga is my preferred stylist, and she consistently does the best work EVERY time, and even when she went on vacation; another stylist still did a great job. The staff here work together as a great team; that's why I'll always come to this location no matter where in town I happen to live. Cost is low enough that I give a great tip; every time, as well.
Been going here for over a year, never really had an issue. Ive tried all the stylists, but lately I've really liked the way the Cuban guy that works there does my fade. I wish i knew his name but id recommend going to him. $10 fades cant beat it.
Will never be coming here again. I told the lady I wanted it short above my shoulder and straight instead she gave me an A cut. I noticed it wasn’t the way I said, but I decided to straighten it to see if it turned out how I asked turns out it was short from the back and it gradually became longer from the front. I went in after work to see if the same lady was there, she wasn’t, so I asked one of the ladies if she could just fix the cut she said it would be an extra cost to fix it so I was okay with that, but she was rude and told me to come tomorrow. I went to another place to get my hair fixed and the lady told me she had butchered my hair wasted $25 dollars here just to spend money I didn’t need to spend when they could’ve cut my hair right and how I wanted it in the first place !!
Lo peor hace poco fui y me corte las puntas del cabello y pedí que me tiñeran de rojo. Me cobro 80 y no me gusto para nada dado que el color era muy oscuro y pedí un cobrizo, no me pistoleo el cabello, y igual el cabello me quedo en los hombros, agua demaciado caliente.
