The absolute best nail salon :) i’ve been going here about 2 years now and i can’t say enough positives. all of the staff are super nice and welcoming and leave my nails looking and feeling beautiful. here are some of my favorites they’ve done!
So disappointed. I’ve been coming for a while now. And I understand that not all services are going to look the same, but consistency would be nice. I came to a no chip. The same color that I had on from three weeks ago. The removal process was painful. She hurt my nail bed. She filed the color off with a drill then the foils. She proceeded to do my nails. My middle and ring fingers were redone. On my left hand. And the middle on my right. Since they were way too thick. Now. It looks worse than ever. I told her to please remove the original one. And I would pay. I was still willing to pay to remove the color. And to just walk out with nothing. I didn’t care. I just didn’t want my nails looking sloppy. She insisted on re doing the three nails. She drilled the color off my nails to the point where I pulled my hand back from how painful it was. Did she not put any primer. Or top coat. Just the color. I thjnk this the last time I come to lan nails.
went in, they took me immediately, all nice and cool. i got the no chip full set which came out beautifully. but now, a week later, why is the paint literally peeling off ? i did not spend $50+ for this. irritated isn’t the word.
Customer service is big to me. I tip well in order to show appreciation for good service (many years coming to this salon). I am a repeat customer when I get quality service. This is not appreciated at LAN's. With prices rising for all services, gas, food, etc. it should be greatly appreciated when someone repeatedly spends their disposable income with you - NOT THE CASE!!! As Black people, we should support Black owned nail salons. Here are a few in the area that provide great customer services: The Nail Room - 10045 S Western Ave; Color Me Beauty Bar: 1810 W 99th St. Support those that truly appreciate the value of your $ and provide quality service!!
I enjoy coming to the shop for my pedicure and full set service. However, everyone there doesn’t have good customer service. 1. If you see a customer struggling ( especially elderly, it’ll be nice to step in and assist) 2. If a client is receiving a pedicure, don’t just leave the big bag of nails/color on there lap during the service. Once they chose a color, grab the bag!) 3. Don’t question tipping to clients ! It’s rude. Tipping is based on service; therefore, to come up to a regular customer and question them why someone gets more than another is mind boggling. Keep in mind, it was not the owner who did this but another worker.
Love this place so clean and I do not feel rushed at all and i love there designs and they are gentle and take their time. They have the friendliest techs there
Owner was doing my nails I gave her inspo picture she said yes they can do it ok cool but when it gets to the nails it’s going by super quick and I don’t like to interrupt anyone before they’re finished I trust the process but girl that was not this she was rushing because she was trying to take everyone and when she asked if I like it I obviously said no not at all I wish I would have took an after picture on how she was trying to do me so then when I tell her I don’t like it she proceeds to tell me that she’s done I said I understand my design might be difficult you tried but I don’t like this at all and it needs to be fixed I then tell her not do even do a design just leave it blank and she said that’s what I was going to do she was acting like I was the problem if she would have just said I’m not an expert in nail design I can try my best on 1 finger and if you like it we can move forward but she just wanted my money and half fast me and to take everyone people even walked out and she chased then and tried to intimidate them back in by far worst experience nails are horrible never again
Small environment but it creates a more personal experience. Great staff and I love their work. My no chip polish last longer than any other place. Definitely here every 3 weeks!
