Quick Facts About Le Nails
Le Nails, located in Cache Valley, seems to have mixed feedback based on the comments provided. While there are several positive comments highlighting the exceptional work, creativity, personable nature of Le and his employees, and the longevity of the nails, there are also negative comments about poor application, lack of professionalism, and subpar results.
One of the strengths of Le Nails is the exceptional quality of work and creativity showcased by Le and his staff. According to one comment, the nails look and feel amazing, demonstrating the skill and expertise of the employees. Clients appreciate the effort and dedication that goes into providing excellent service. Le Nails also offers a professional, calm, and relaxing environment, creating a soothing experience for customers.
Another strength is the unique nail styles offered, such as coffin or stiletto nails. This is particularly valued by individuals who were searching for independent nail technicians specializing in these styles. The ability to fulfill diverse customer preferences and create personalized nail designs sets Le Nails apart in the Cache Valley area.
In terms of longevity, Le Nails seems to excel. One customer mentioned that their dip set lasted almost two weeks without any issues, despite having a job that is hard on fake nails. This highlights the durability of their work and suggests that Le Nails uses high-quality products to ensure long-lasting results.
However, there are also some weaknesses indicated by negative comments. One customer was disappointed with their nails, describing the poor application and lack of professionalism from the owner himself. The nails were improperly done, lifted, and chipped within a short time frame. As a result, the customer expressed a desire for a refund to seek proper nail care elsewhere. This incident reflects a lack of attention and expertise on the part of the owner, which can tarnish the reputation of the salon.
Another negative comment mentioned a disappointing experience in terms of customer service and accountability. The customer's polish bubbled and popped within a day, and when they tried to contact Le Nails, they found that the salon was closed despite their posted hours of operation. This lack of responsiveness and accountability can leave customers feeling disregarded and unsatisfied with their overall experience.
One additional weakness highlighted by a comment is the use of exfoliants that caused the skin around the nails to peel. This indicates a lack of proper technique and consideration toward the client's skin sensitivity. Additionally, the technician accidentally caused the customer to bleed during the process, which can be concerning and potentially unsafe. These incidents may discourage customers from returning to Le Nails and hinder their ability to attract new clients.
Moreover, some customers expressed disappointment with the overall appearance of their nails, noting that they did not meet their expectations. One client was dissatisfied with the bulk left at the cuticles, which the technician attempted to fix but ended up leaving humps. These comments suggest a lack of attention to detail and a failure to deliver the desired look.
In conclusion, while Le Nails has strengths such as exceptional quality work, creativity, and unique nail styles, there are also weaknesses indicated by negative feedback, including poor application, lack of professionalism, subpar results, and unsatisfactory customer service. It is important for the salon to address these weaknesses in order to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain a positive reputation in the Cache Valley area.

I absolutely love Le and all of his employees. He’s very personable and very creative. Coming from Florida, the quality of his work is exceptional, and worth every single penny. My nails LOOK and FEEL absolutely amazing and it’s all thanks to Le and his staff. From time to time if I break one he is more than happy to get me in as soon as possible and fixes them free of charge and with a good attitude. He is a master at his craft and has such a creative mind. As long as I frequent Cache Valley LeNails will be my go to nail salon!!! A big THANK YOU to them for offering a professional, calm, and relaxing environment.
I haven’t seen too much of coffin or stiletto style nails here in cache valley. I looked all over the internet for independent nail techs but just couldn’t find any that specialize in what I’d like to have done. This was my first time getting my nails done since moving here and Lee was so great. He was so fun to chat with while he worked on my nails and I love my ombré coffin style nails. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Great service every time!
I got a dip set almost two weeks ago and my nails still look great! My job is very hard on fake nails and I usually break at least 2 or 3 nails within the first week of getting them. However, all 10 nails I got from Le Nails have stayed on without any issues. I live out-of-state now, but I will definitely be going to Le Nails again next time I visit Cache Valley!
My manicure was done on 11/09 and it's now 11/14. My nails were so poorly done that the dip powder and polish fused to my skin, chipped, wasn't properly applied, lifted, and clearly was NOT done by a professional. It was actually done by the owner of the shop who does nails as well. He was a nice guy, he just seemed too tired and not focused on me at all. I really just want my money back so I can get a proper set of nails. The way he applied them was unconventional. Usually when I get mine done in Layton (Awesome Nails), they paint on the dip/with acrylic to ensure it's even, close to my skin (but not fused to it) and they always last at least 3 weeks. I am so mad I wasted my money here. I am including a lot of pictures to show what only 5 days has done to my nails. I work in an office, not lifting anything heavy. This is totally unacceptable and I don't recommend anyone going here. I paid $40 plus a $15 dollar tip for something I already have to get redone.
I went Friday to do my nails it is Saturday and two of my nails the polish got a Bubble and popped I paid 60 dollars for it and I tried to call no answer it said their open I went it was close I think I'm never going there again????????????????????
I was recommended by friend and it was okay. I only got a simple paint done but all the exfoliate they used on my nails caused the skin around my nails to peel for the next week so not a fan. The lady also doing my nails pulled on something and caused me to bleed. My friend and I were getting our nails done for her engagement photos that she didn’t know about and I’m glad it wasn’t her or I’d have ruined her photos. The polish was beautiful but I’m not sure I’d go back.
These do not look like $70 nails!
He spent about 10 minutes trying to fix the bulk he left at my cuticles to the point where my fingers were sore days after. The nails still have humps at the cuticles! They are chunky and thick, the lady who did my pedicure is the only reason they are getting more than 1 star.
