Quick Facts About Lush Nail Bar

Lush Nail Bar is a nail salon that has received mixed reviews from customers. In order to evaluate its strengths and weaknesses, we will analyze the comments provided by customers.
One strength of Lush Nail Bar that is repeatedly mentioned in the comments is the cleanliness of the salon. Multiple customers praise the salon for its clean and well-maintained atmosphere. This indicates that the salon places importance on hygiene and providing a pleasant environment for its customers.
Additionally, customers appreciate the salon's investment in its business and customers. One comment mentions that the pedicure chairs have been upgraded, indicating that the salon is constantly striving to improve its facilities. This shows that Lush Nail Bar is committed to providing a high-quality experience for its customers.
Another strength mentioned by customers is the range of options available for pedicures. Customers appreciate the variety of choices and the ability to personalize their experience. The inclusion of add-ons like paraffin wax is also seen as a positive aspect, as it enhances the overall spa-like experience for customers.
Furthermore, the salon's system of using phone numbers to personalize the experience and providing an itemized list of charges is mentioned as a game changer for some customers. This demonstrates that Lush Nail Bar is focused on providing transparency and ensuring that customers understand their charges.
However, there are also several weaknesses that customers have highlighted in their reviews. One recurring complaint is the lack of skill and expertise of some nail technicians. Customers have mentioned instances where their nails were not done to their satisfaction, with issues such as uneven nails, different nail sizes, and improper application of products. This indicates a lack of consistency in the quality of service provided by the salon.
Another weakness is the poor customer service experienced by some customers. Complaints include rude staff members, refusal to fix mistakes, and lack of apology for injuries caused during the service. These negative experiences suggest a lack of professionalism and a disregard for customer satisfaction.
In addition, pricing appears to be a concern for some customers. While they appreciate the improvements in transparency regarding pricing, there are still some issues regarding additional charges for certain services. Some customers express dissatisfaction with having to pay extra for specific nail services, which creates a negative impression of the salon's pricing structure.
Lastly, there are comments regarding the salon's lack of appreciation for loyal customers. Customers mention feeling undervalued and unappreciated despite their long-standing support of the salon. This speaks to a lack of customer-centric approach and a failure to cultivate customer loyalty.
In conclusion, Lush Nail Bar has strengths in terms of cleanliness, investment in its business and customers, and a range of pedicure options. However, weaknesses lie in the inconsistent quality of service, poor customer service, pricing concerns, and a lack of appreciation for loyal customers. These comments highlight areas where the salon can improve in order to provide a better overall experience for its customers.

I asked for clear SNS powder, super SIMPLE!!! which means “CLEAR” you should see straight through to my nail bed. The powder they used left a bubbly, white crystal, foggy coat on my nails. I was completely unsatisfied and the salon still made me pay full price & basically said “oh well. That’s “our” clear”
I’ve been coming here for a few years, and have sampled a couple of the nail salons at the creek. This is definitely my favorite and I stopped trying others. They are clean, the salon is beautiful and they upkeep the furniture and atmosphere. Just today, it looks like all of the pedicure chairs have been upgraded. These are things that show me they’re investing in their business and customers. I usually only get pedicures and like that they have several options. It can get pricey but I love the result. Tammy is my favorite nail tech but others have given me good pedicures, too. I went in today and Tammy completely transformed my feet! I like the system they use with phone numbers to personalize the experience and that at the end you are able to see an itemized list of your charges which is a game changer for me. I can ask about certain charges and ensure I’m being charged accurately. My favorite is the sea salt pedicure and I always add on the paraffin wax. It feels like a true spa experience whereas so many places are quick to give you an express pedicure and call it day.
Horrible service I have been coming here and never received service this horrible. And then they didn't want to fix it. I politely asked can someone else do my pedicure the manager said no. I went in for a pedicure this lady act like she had no idea what she was doing. She only pushed down the cuticle on one foot not the other so now my nails look different sizes. I asked for sea salt she only rub it on the top of my foot and then rinse it off with the dirty water in the bowl with dead skin in it. I'm use to getting a pedicure and get a whole sea salt foot massage, this lady didn't even put the sea salt on the bottom of my feet. The only thing the manager claim he can do is let me pay for a regular pedicure and not the sea salt. I don't understand why I can't just get a real sea salt pedicure from someone who knows what they are doing. I won't be back. They might as well close this thing down if they are just hiring people to do what they please.
HORRIBLE! I’ve given this company too many second chances. They come into black communities to make money, but fail to respect us and value our business. The gentleman today was removing tips from my nails and stuck me with the sharp cutter. He didn’t apologize or even acknowledge the fact that he inflicted injury to my finger. I was there for mani and pedi. This is the condition my nails are in since coming routinely for over 6 months. I started out only doing gel overlay until my natural nails started breaking off. I had tips on for 2 weeks and two nails broke off. Save your time and money! Go where you are valued and appreciated.
I was in and out in no time with a gorgeous manicure and pedicure! The ladies were so sweet and kind; it was super convenient to have my nails and feet done at the same time! Great business model! I highly recommend!
I was in the area and I decided to stop by because I needed a fill-in. I’m always very descriptive of what I want even though I literally only get French tip nails. While my pedicure was OK, to get a gel French tip it’s an additional $21 dollars. Weird but OK, however the person doing my nails could not do French tip nails, he would paint, take off, paint take off and it was just a waste of damn time, ultimately having to take it all off because he could not get it right and just gave me polish, — which he still charged $45 for. I prefer my nails and toes to match, so now I’ve wasted $21. I love to tip for great service and it hurts me when I don’t but I was beyond inconvenienced here and I didn’t even leave with what I came in for. Save yourself the trouble and just pick somewhere else.
Terrible.Every tech should be able to do basic services. There are some inconsistencies with experience techs here. They throw the least experience people on male services though. A gel manicure and pedicure should not leave my cuticles bleeding and hurting. The service was rushed because the store was closing in 40 mins I assume.I would’ve understood if the receptionist said they were booked, however, he told me a 30 min wait which I was willing to wait. The tech was very heavy handed on my cuticles and at one point I asked her is she was upset about something because I was trying to relax. Bottom line……I was very dissatisfied and I really don’t write reviews often. I still tipped the tech because I tip on top of the tip, I WILL NOT BE BACK! Got My mfn hands and feet sore. ☹️
***2/21/2022 Updated review - much improvement in the transparency of prices. No more tricks and games, prices are visible on site and mail technician will share the price upfront. Thank you. Now when it comes to pedicures, improvements can still be made here. So if I receive poor service then I will tip poorly…period. ______ I want my toes tfor months and today is my last day. Why? Customers are now being charged an extra $5 for medium length nails fill in and gel polish. So I informed the technician that extra $5 was her tip. It’s so sad that the people in this community have been supporting this company for years even during the pandemic and yet they are still coming with the shenanigans. Prime example of how Lush Nail Bar doesn’t value our loyalty.
