My first experience here was a one star, the person who did my nails, although a very nice person, took a really long time (over an hour) and on top of that it was done really poorly. You can see that it’s not clean, the shape is uneven and my nails were not painted to the edge either. My nails started to bubble and chip off within 24 hours and only got worse over time. Unfortunately, I was the last person there on Saturday night so I had to wait till they were open again on Tuesday morning. (Today)

When I came back in, I had a five-star experience! The man upfront was immediately apologetic and made steps to make this right. He was not here on Saturday but he did everything he could to make sure I was comfortable with a different technician.

Kammy (I don’t think I’m spelling her name right) was my technician and she was absolutely amazing! She was gentle the whole time throughout the process of taking the polish off and redoing it. On top of that, she was very meticulous and making sure that my nails came out perfectly! The evidence is in the pictures!

This experience and the integrity of the management blew me away. I would definitely come back from the service I had today alone! I think that my first experience hopefully was a fluke, perhaps the person was off their game or something.

Overall, 10/10 would recommend this place, especially Kammy!

Well, I went there about 1/2 hour afyer they opened. A mam greeted & asked if I had an appointment, I said no,( he was completely available but said )he was waiting for appointments for me to return at 4pm... Yea OK, goodbye

I've been going to Lee Nails for years and they never disappoint. David is always accommodating when I call for appointments and Kami is my go-to nail tech who is a delight to work with. Everyone is so friendly and you can't beat their convenient location. And the comfortable massage chairs are an added bonus! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a clean, peaceful and professional nail salon!

I walked in with no appointment and got seated right away. I got the Gel manicure that was a great price and my eyebrows done. Amy did such a great time, I highly recommend her. She is sweet and easy to talk to. The tools were in sterile packets, which was reassuring. Very clean. Everyone was in really nice and has a lot of polishes to choose from. I will definitely be going back. Thank Amy!

I love this salon! It is now the only one I trust with my nails. I have had many different services here and everyone has been excellent. The staff is kind, professional and talented. You will need an appointment because they are very busy.

I wish i could give more stars! I’ve tried almost every spot in Columbia and have finally found my tried and true! They fit me in last minute and still gave me the royal treatment. They’re just the best
