My first time will be my last time. I went there at 1030am on a Saturday this place is usually full I waited maybe 10min and it took 3 hours for my hands I have no clue why they aren’t even 3 hours of work. You can see my nail no paint on the side than they are chipping and lifting it’s only day 2. My hair gets caught in between them. 60$ and I tip fair even if it’s not the best. I won’t be back just due to the simple fact that I feel like the service was purposely done so you wouldn’t care to come back. I’ve had both my hands and feet done within two hours. Not a full set with dip for 3 hours. Disappointment. Glad I did not stay for a pedi. Save your time and your money.
I paid so much for my nails and pedicure only for three days later for the no chip color to start peeling and the actual nails starting breaking off 5 days later, and a few of the workers were sassy, the lady would not give my daughter the mail design she wanted and had to wait an extra 20 minutes just so that another lady could attempt to do what she wanted.
The service depends on who you get. A lot of the time that they wax my eyebrows I come home to awful burns. The other day I went in for a pedicure and this lady was rushing and manhandling my feet. My toe was bleeding out by the time I got into my car. Not very nice people aside for maybe 2 who are very welcoming.
This place is terribble!!!! I went for eye lash and eye tinting on New Years Eve!!! When I told them what happened, they told me it was a allergic reaction. No... The lady left the chemical on my eyebrows too long!!! Making my eyebrows become burnt!!!! I'm still is the process of getting everything together. I'm so sad and depressed because of this now!!!! They all were so rude to me during the whole process from beginning to the end.
They're a bit pricey but they did a DAM good job on my 2 granddaughters n I. Yeah if I'm up north I'd definitely return n $$$$ wit em. Lol

I went here on 8/20 and paid 95.00 for a gel set and pedicure. My nail popped off today. I called and was told that I would have to pay 7.00 to get it repaired. It has only been 10 days. Do not waste your money. I will be going somewhere else
Yesterday was my third time coming back, previously I've gotten a full set & refill and everything was okay. I went back yesterday to get a full set again and when I was getting my nails removed the guy that was attending me (bald guy idk his name) literally went in with a really thin file picking up my nails and on the third nail he got the acrylic with my real nail and lifted and I started bleeding!!! All he said was sorry nothing else and put my nails to soak. Of course at that moment I just wanted them off and to leave I was soooo mad! The main guy that's always by the entrance came to where I was sitting and said that they'll give me the soak for free (least they can do) and still wanted me to do my nails with an open cut!!!!!!! He said he'll give me a $10 discount!!!! I was like no it's going to get infected! He was like no it'll grow out! He asked several times this. Mind you all this time they were trying to put me to the side so nobody could see what was done to me! When I finished getting my nails soaked up before I left I told them that if my nail got infected I was filling a police report on them. Obviously if you're a "professional" this shouldn't happen! Now I had to remove the acrylic myself and I have a part of skin under my nail out there. I put antibiotics and a bandage to cover it but it's really painful still!!!!! Nobody should go through this! The first picture is how they left me at the moment! The second & third how I had to cut it little by little and how it looks when I removed my nail after I put alcohol & antibiotics! *It seems that my pics aren't showing up but basically I have some of my skin that's underneath my nail exposed!****
