Quick Facts About Lee's Barber shop

Lee's Barber shop has received a mix of positive and negative comments from customers. To provide an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the establishment, we will examine the comments.
Starting with the positive comments, it is evident that some customers have had satisfactory experiences at Lee's Barber shop. One customer describes it as the "best haircut" they have had in years. This suggests that at least some of the barbers at Lee's have the skills and expertise to provide quality haircuts. Additionally, another comment highlights the skilled barbers, specifically mentioning the owner Jay and barber Gina. This indicates that there are barbers at Lee's who are highly regarded by customers and can deliver excellent service. Furthermore, the positive comments also mention the comfortable and clean environment of the barbershop, as well as the reasonable wait times. This suggests that Lee's Barber shop values customer satisfaction and strives to create a pleasant experience for their clients.
However, there are also several negative comments that highlight the weaknesses of Lee's Barber shop. One customer specifically warns African Americans with kinky or thick hair to avoid this establishment, indicating that the barbers may not have the necessary expertise to handle certain hair textures. This comment raises concerns about the lack of diversity and inclusivity in the barbershop's services, suggesting a potential weakness in their knowledge and skills related to different hair types. Additionally, another customer had a terrible experience, mentioning skin burns, head cuts, and rough treatment from the barber. This indicates a possible issue with barber training and a lack of attention to customer comfort and safety. It is concerning that the customer had to stop the barber from potentially cutting off a mole, highlighting a lack of precision and attention to detail. Another customer was dissatisfied with their haircut, mentioning that the barber did not listen to their request for a 2-inch trim and instead gave an entirely different style. This suggests a weakness in communication and customer service, as the barber did not fulfill the customer's desired haircut and even demanded a tip afterwards.
Furthermore, one customer expressed disappointment with the women's lack of experience in cutting men's hair. This raises concerns about the overall expertise and training of the barbers at Lee's Barber shop. The fact that the customer felt the need to mention the high price for a mediocre trim also suggests a potential weakness in terms of value for money and pricing.
In summary, while Lee's Barber shop has received some positive comments regarding skilled barbers, comfortable environment, and reasonable wait times, there are also several weaknesses that need to be addressed. These include potential issues with handling certain hair textures, lack of attention to customer comfort and safety, lack of precision and attention to detail, communication failures, and concerns about the expertise and training of the barbers. It is important for Lee's Barber shop to address these weaknesses in order to provide a high-quality and inclusive service to all customers.

Best TL Reviews

If you’re African American and have a kinky/thick textured hair. Go somewhere else. I promise you these reviews should be taken seriously.
do not use this barber shop. worst experiance i ever had...i got skin burns and head cuts that i cant count .. lady even tried to dryshave me ..she was very rough and almost cut off my mole...had to stop her and leave before finishing
Lee's Barbershop is a comfy Korean-owned barber shop in Dale City. They are the only barber shop I use and I visit frequently. There is never a wait longer than 5 minutes and the barbers there do an excellent job with my hair. The barbershop is clean and organized and has very reasonable hours.
This place is HORRIBLE. First off they was only 2 people and they still took long. When I showed the women the picture of the cut I wanted she said it was fine, but I could tell I made a mistake because she had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She just shaved the side of my head when all I wanted was a simple fade. And she left the top a mess as well.It seemed like she’s never cut a guy’s hair before. On top of that it’s crazy overpriced just for a trim. I’m not sure what the women’s name is but never coming here again. 0 stars if I could.
Best hair cut I have had in years. Period.
Im an Asian male with course hair and this was my first cut here. I'm always scared trying a new place but half way through my cut i knew i was in good hands. I went through Young to get a skin fade. The hair cut cost me $17 for a skin fade, a trim up top + style and a neck shave + hot towel. She knocked it out in 25 minutes and I didnt have to correct her on any lengths. She recommended a style for the top and it came out fantastic. Will be back regularly!
Usually this place is pretty solid but one of the ladies cut my hair the other day and completed ignored what I wanted. I asked for a 2 inch trim all around and she ended up giving a fade on the sides and about 3 inches off the top…… then had the audacity to demand a tip after. Will not be returning.
Great service. Skilled barbers. Jay, the owner, gives a GREAT, old school haircut and shave. Gina, is my go-to barber, usually. Extremely friendly staff. My sons and and I all get our hair cuts there. My wife gets her undercut done there, also.
