The receptionist is superb. The nail specialist are great, however I've found myself coaching them several times because it would either be too thin or too thick, that's until I sat in Angela's chair, she's the best one in there hands down. Once I got her, I wouldn't let anyone else touch my hands.
This was by far one of the best nail salons I've been to when it comes to the quality of the service. I only got a pedicure and I regret not getting my nails done but time was not on my side. However, my friend got her nails done and they were awesome. It's been over 3 weeks since I had my pedicure and my feet are still looking great!
This is the 3rd time the acrylic broke within a couple days after getting them done. The staff was rude and blamed me. My real nail did not break, it's their cheap product that is the problem...I will not be returning.
Called in to get my nails done only to arrive and the receptionist ask do I have someone to watch my kids and that only 6 and up were allowed. I gladly left and took my business elsewhere. You should have stated that over the phone and on your website. Don’t waste people gas.
I've been going to them for a while now my name is Alliah Cleveland my favorite nail tech is Angel she can do all kind of designs she does it so good that I will sit and wait for her for 2 hours to get my nails done I also like the fact that all the other nail techs and the boss is really polite and nice to you it's a very clean environment it's a lovely place
Very horrible place to go to. I went there to go do my eyelashes and eyebrows.Keep in mind I have been going there for a year.But I notice the more customers they have their is no customer service. There are two women who do lashes very well.But you ask about them, people, get upset when you ask for them. Today when I went there I can tell they wanted to deny service because I asked for the women who usually does the lashes. And because I ask they let someone skip me knowing I came first. So I kindly left and went somewhere else. They are very rude to their customers sometimes and don’t appreciate loyal ones.Never coming again.
Honestly, i’m not really sure why this place has any bad reviews. I’ve come here multiple times for mani’s, pedi’s, & acrylics. Each time, the techs have met/succeeded my expectations. They are all very kind and their prices are average. I like them, I’ll keep coming back for sure :)

Update - 11/23/22
Not so much. Got my nails done 1-week ago and I have had to return twice for a repair of the same nail. Now this has never happened before; therefore, I will not use that specific nail tech again. My issue during this second repair visit of the same nail is that I am told I will have to wait an indefinite amount of time to get the one nail repaired. The gentleman even told me that he knew this is my second visit for this same specific nail. My rationale here is that I shouldn't even have had to return twice for a repair, and then to be nonchalantly treated as if we are all simply cattle and customer service doesn't count-- this is questionable at best. The icing on the cake is that he just approached me not 5 minutes after my arrival and conversation with him asking me "why am I here." This only confirms my thoughts of my take on this experience. And finally, he charged me for the repair. I absolutely paid without hesitation, but sat in my car and wrote this honest review.
Hmmm. Do better Xfinity Nail Salon because I am only giving you one more opportunity to do better!
