I moved here from Michigan and I was very skeptical about getting my nails done here from all the negative reviews. But I actually took on consideration and went in and I must say I was very pleased with my visit. They were friendly and professional. Kevin did my nails and I loved them. His wife did my feet and did an awesome job. I will be back!

Uneven nails, colors don't match, chipped within 12 hours, rude staff! Won't be back!

I went there this past weekend with my grandmother and we had made appointments at 2:30. Her for a pedicure and me for a full set on my nails. By 3:00 they finally got her back, she was only getting a pedicure. Then about 15 minutes later a lady walked in saying she needed a fill in and one of the nail techs turned to her and said “we can’t do it. We are busy” that’s it. Nothing else. So the lady left. Then 5 ladies walk in saying they wanted a pedicure and they put them in front of me! And then had the nerve to walk over and ask me to wait a few more minutes. So I waited for my grandmother which was about 1 1/2 hours since I first got there and then I told them not to worry about me that I was going to a different salon. I really recommend Regal Nails in Alcoa Walmart. They are amazing. But, these people were rude and they didn’t even greet us when we first walked in.

I have been to Pretty Nails several times and was very pleased with the service provided. Prices are reasonable. The nail tech is gentle and thorough, actually a perfectionist (which is refreshing). Although she does not speak fluent English, she is friendly and aims to please. Everything looks clean, but I will pay close attention tomorrow when I go in for a manicure and post another review if things look less than sanitary.

If I could give zero stars I would. Once I started getting my nails done, (I’m not sure what his name was.) but he was incredibly RUDE. In all the years getting my nails done, they have never looked so bad. The best way I can describe them is chunky chiclets. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I am giving two stars because their pricing is decent, however the lady I had could not understand English and I couldn't understand anything she said. I was having dipping powder removed and she tried to drill it off until I asked her if she would soak it off. THEN she was trying to put my polish on my nails when there was still the dipping powder on my nails. After personally picking and peeling off the rest of the pieces, she told me to stop and she would file them. Fast forward and I get the gel polish finally put on but then she filed my nails AFTER the polish was done. I have never had someone file my nails after polishing them, so now the polish is already chipped a little at the ends and I just had them done. Oh and some of my nails have bumps in the polish, so it isn't smooth. I personally will not go back.

The lady here is so sweet! She filed off all the buildup on my nails I had from other salons, which made my nails nice and thin and fabulous again. Cheaper on fill-ins too. This is my new home for gettin my nails did!
