This place is amazing! I've tried quite a few nail salons over the years. Some use low quality products and will pop off or chip within two weeks. Some gave horrible customer service. Some have awful art/style.
But Luxor Nails has blown every expectation away by far! A set has easily lasted 3 to even 4 weeks without any issues. The colors and art are fabulous! And the employees are so sweet and professional. I've been getting my nails done there for about six months now and have loved every thing they have done for me. ????
Tiffany did an amazing job on my nails! She took her time to shape my nails and would make sure I was satisfied before continuing to the next step. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and I got exactly that! Tiffany is the best hands down!
I like the look of the result. I don't know the name of the lady but I was just a walk in and she fit me in on the Monday before Thanksgiving. I feel they were definitely a little sloppy on the underside but I believe that was due to being a walk in and her next client was waiting toward the end. They lasted about a month and a half before 4 broke off and I cut the others down not to chance it anymore. This is the design I asked for and that glitter is the exact same as my reference photos. I would recommend coming back with an appt and maybe not leaving them for quite as long to avoid painful breaks
Been coming here for a long time. Every time I'm in its gets cuter or something has been updated! Very clean shop with friendly staff. PLUS, they have a Petite option on the New Massage chairs!!! ????
Update-Try to get one of the original Manicurist. The newer crew is rough and rushed.
I don’t usually write reviews but this salon deserves a shout out. My gel from other places typically only lasts 5-7 days without getting any chips and we are going on 9 now. They did a great job and I will definitely be coming back!
My first time there and i had an appointment. The place was very clean and their social distancing protocols were amazing. The customer service was superb and the prices were very reasonable for the finishing product.
I got the dip acrylic manicure for $50 and the gel pedicure for $46. They have cheaper options as well. The nail tech who helped me was so friendly and made me feel like a regular customer.
From the second you walk in you feel welcomed from the ladies doing nails. I had the pleasure of being seen by Anna & Evon. Anna did my short black acrylic nails (hands) and she did a lovely job. She didn’t have an item I wanted but still provided examples of different options which I really appreciated. She was gentle, quick, & really knows how to read people. Im more of a stand offish person, I like to keep quiet. She talked me to at first & probably noticed I didn’t like much convo so she didn’t force a conversation. However, while in the shop I noticed how great she is at conversations!
Evon did my black toenails - her massage was amazing!
When your seated turn on the massage chair I didn’t know this (first timer) also they hand you a catalogue that describes each pedicure. I was accidentally charged $10 extra for a pedicure maybe I pointed incorrectly so be careful when pointing at the catalogue they provide.
I would highly recommend this spot & I will definitely be coming back soon!
Showed me a card for services and I asked for a basic manicure which was priced at $25 plus $5 for gel removal which I said ok but at the end I got a bill for $45 and they said that's the price. Not worth the money!
UPDATE: Owner sent me a reply to call and I called business to discuss my disappointment and the owner told me she never replied with a comment. All I can say is I tried to no avail!
