Very rude people. Terrible customer service. The husband- RANDY is beyond rude!! It is not worth the time nor the money!! He Definitely treats certain customers differently than he treats others!!
Garbage work & even worse customer service. They gave me a price then charged extra without authorization. Moreover, I'm now waiting for the police to arrive because of it. Apparently they don't understand what fraud is.
Nothing luxury about it at all. I never got the massage with my pedicure. They older guy rubbed the lotion on my legs and was the massage was over. They don’t seem to have many customers either. I wonder why? I won’t be back here. I suggest people start doing it for themselves. It’s definitely not worth the price I paid .
I went to this spot for a few months, the service is terrible but the last that did my nails was great, however the old man that did my toes after months managed to totally ruin my toenails, as well as give me a toe fungus! Back to the nail tech. While her work was great it was damaging because my nails would be soo sore after each visit for days. I recommend going elsewhere because they clearly do not clean their instruments or use new ones like they pretend to do. And that old man hands way too unsteady to be painting anybody’s nails. I had to have his work fixed a few times. Save your money and go elsewhere!!
I asked for a manicure with the dip polish. I asked the gentleman during service about my manicure and he kinda blew me off and kept working. So when he was finished with the dip, I asked him when do I get my manicure. He tells me dip doesn’t need a manicure but I trimmed your cuticles then proceed to tell me that he didn’t do it because it would be expensive about $60 and it’s a separate service and people get ready to check out, and “they” have a problem with the price they have to pay. And I asked him what did that have to do with me? Theeeenn…. he started going left saying, “well I can do it if you want but it’s extra! Never again will I come back and spend money in this business!!!!
I came with my friend because I needed my nails done for my sisters wedding. We walk up to the door and the man outside asks what we want and I tell him I would like my nails done. He proceeds to tell me to go inside and sit down. All was well until I asked him if he could do a cute design on my nails and he outright tells me no. I even showed him a picture and the design was extremely simple to do. The only reason this place has good reviews is because the people leaving the reviews wanted plain nail polish. The man had an attitude and when I asked if he could make my now plain nails into matte ones He scoffed at me and said “you could have told me sooner.” I apologized and said it was fine because it wasn’t that big of a deal but he was so rude about it. Then I go to pay and he takes one look at my card and curtly says “we don’t take American Express” and tosses it back on the counter. As if I had burdened him with my money. ALSO I asked for a plum purple color on two of my nails and you can see through the color!! It’s not opaque at all!! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a salon. I will NEVER go back. Don’t waste your money on this place.
