These are my nails. Uneven, bumpy, wonky, etc. I've never in my life been to a nail salon who did such a terrible French tip. When I tried getting her to fix stuff along the way she just kept brushing it off and coming up with excuses. My hand would shake and she'd just jerk my hand and tell me to be still. I was being still but I guess hardly moving justifies it. Absolutely not happy. She knew I wasn't satisfied and she could clearly see how uneven EVERYTHING was and still asked me to pay full price. I didn't cause a scene and paid the full price. My two other friends getting there nails done with me we're not satisfied with there nails or the customer service. I will give them 5/5.... 5/5 chance I will never be going back.
We came to this nail salon our second visit the wait is ridiculously and so is the customer service. They have a problem doing man feet my fiance needed his feet done and he was overlooked twice so we left. At no point did they care about us leaving or try to stop us because they didn't want to do his feet. I'm so ashamed I bought him to this salon thinking they would be great and they are horrible.
I just came from getting my nails done and they look horrible I asked for a French tip nail it cost me 72 dollars I have gone here 4 time and it never costed that much . I feel like she took advantage of me cause I went by myself. 1/10 I’m not going back
Nancy is great as usual HOWEVER for my last 3 visits Carol the owner tells me she'll do my nails but by the time my feet are done she wants to push me to another day...Sweetheart you want these dollars are ya don't! I guess I like designer nails and thats too complex IF SO, just state that.
I went to get a fill in and gel polish. I received the service on Sunday. Today is Thursday and my polish is chipping away. It was a waist of $35. I have used the salon multiple times and never had this to occur. The man seemed to be in a rush with my nails and this is the quality I received even after telling him to make sure they were good.
This salon was not worth the money spent. The pedicure I received was poor quality. After being looked over twice while my name was on the list and being patient, I wish that I could’ve received great quality. As a first impression, this was not good service. For future recommendations on pedicures ask for Devin. All of his clients were very pleased with their nail quality.
Got a pedicure but because I didnt want the deluxe I was given a man who appear to not know what he was.doing and had no conversation...Everyone should be treated equal whether they get the Deluxe or not.
I WON'T BE RETURNING!!!!!
Theresa did my pedicure. She was very polite and listened to my requests. It was a great experience.
