They are trash, you keep telling them you don’t like something or you don’t want something and they go ahead and do it anyway. Try to flip the script later. They just charge people up. There’s an older lady there who likes to act like she can’t hear when you correct her on something you want
I'm not even from here but I'm glad the other salons didn't take walk ins because i wouldn't have met Jenna. Yes im a plain Jane and the whole service was a wonderful experience. She took very good care of me

0/5 please do not come here if your looking for neat or professional work! The workers are rude and when they make a mistake they never want to correct it and if they do it’s done sloppy with a attitude. I came in today for a manicure and pedicure appointment and during my manicure the lady wasn’t paying attention and chipped/broke my natural nails with the machine she was using. During my pedicure a foot grater was used without care which led to my feet/ankles being cut on both sides and when I brought it to their attention they said it was nothing just a scratch and proceeded to work while I was bleeding. I had to stop my service short and walk out because the cut burned.
SAVE YOUR MONEY.......The lady that did my nails rushed and she refused to sanitize her station after she finished the customer before me & when I asked her to clean it off ( which the filth was very evident because it had nail debris everywhere) she just laid a towel down. The shape was horrible, paint job was hideous and the gel started to bubble and This is just a long story short. I WILL NEVER RETURN..
Clean place. Lots of color variety. For that i give 2 stars They cannot shape a nail correctly and they charge ridiculously for the end result you leave with. I rather rip the set off and go elsewhere.
I got there at 9am and didn't leave until 11am just for a pedicure. I was irked to say the least but it was packed and and they were very courteous and did a great job.
Terrible place and horrible at what they do. If I could give them -5 I would. Been there about 6 times trying different people and never once was my nails done right
