We had a family pedi. Date here all 4 techs were great at customer service. And great with my 8 month old daughter too. They did amazing job with all 4 pedicure there volcano pedicure is the best. We all feel so relaxed and we had the best time. I highly recommend this place. Yong was doing such and amazing job. I love it here will definitely come here next time I am in town.
They were very friendly and welcoming. They greeted me as soon as i walked through the door. There was music playing, s tv on in the background and the staff talked to me throughout everything. This is one of the best nail salons I've ever been too. I absolutely love my nails and will be returning back for some more cute colors & designs!!! I got exactly what I wanted and Kim was so gentle when doing my acrylics.
I went in with my daughter's a few days ago for simple mainucures/nail painting. Nothing crazy or extra, we just wanted to have our nails done together. Upon arrival we were greeted which was probably the last time we felt welcome. A woman came up and asked what we wanted done. Once I said we wanted just regular manicures with regular nail polish, we were rushed off to pick out colors. Then they sat us in completely different locations, nowhere near each other. The woman that did my oldest daughter's nails rushed through the entire process and was rude to both of us from the start. I kept getting comments about how long it's been since anyone wanted "regular" nail polish. The whole experience was so underwhelming and made my girls wish I had just done them myself at home. This is definitely not a place to bring your daughter's if you want to actually enjoy each other's company. I'm sure some of the nail techs are great at doing nails, but not great customer service. We will definitely not be returning.
I love coming here have been for years now! I recently moved to California and every time i come home my first stop is here! Kimmie and Mike are amazing! If you want beautiful nails and a great pedicure for a reasonable price Magic Nails is the place to go!!
Mike was awesome. He took his time and gave me exactly what I wanted. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything either which I often find at salons. He is super friendly. Highly recommend!!
Magic Nail! I went here with a friend for a simple manicure. It's been awhile since I've got my nails done but Maria did an excellent job. We were one of the first in thw shop before they started getting busy but I didn't feel rushed at all! Maria was super friendly and light-headed! Enjoyed the nice relaxing morning and I will definitely come back in a few weeks!
Would recommend this place to everyone! They have wonderful staff members that do excellent job on nails, and designs for nails. Very friendly and makes you feel right at home. I will not go any where else but to Magic nails.!❤️
