However, some weaknesses can be identified, such as the lack of alcohol availability, issues with providing tap water, and one unfortunate incident of unprofessional behavior by the manager. Manjaros may need to address these weaknesses and improve their customer service to maintain a positive reputation in the long run.

The food was absolutely fantastic. Well balanced and delicious. Good sized meal and good price. Great staff and excellent service. Restaurant inside is lovely
Amazing food best wings I've ever tasted and the creamy lamb is so good ????
No alcohol though not a massive downside but would be nice ????
Thoroughly enjoyed the meal, popping flavours with or without their special sauces and large portions! Staff were great too, they stayed open for us after closing time so we could finish eating and looked after us nicely. 10/10
Wow. This was the first time we have visited and it definitely won't be the last. No bookings taken, however shown to our table within 10 minutes. Suoer efficient and very friendly staff. Really relaxed pleasant atmosphere. Open kitchen ( always a bonus) no alcohol licence, so BYO, Currently no corkage charge either. Excellent menu. Spoilt for choice. So I went on the recommendation of the king prawn main course dish ????. Other half had a huge chicken breast, topped with spicy bologna sauce and melted cheese. We also shared the spicy chicken wings to start. Equates yummy ????. Fabulous first visit and we shall be back.
I really enjoyed the full grilled chicken, a decent sized portion. It was cooked well and the sauce was delicious. It came with a nice portion of steak cut chips. The spicy rice was okay but a bit small. Good packaging. A little pricey
Food was great, service was good, due to it only being opened an hour (visited at 13:30) we were the only customers in for a short while. I'm sure when full it'd be better but surroundings were clean. The only thing negative I'd say is they refused me tap water (I know, tight Ar$3!) but said they didn't need to provide it due to not selling alcohol, correct information but bit greedy as they then charged £2.29 for a 300ml bottle of water. Shame that left a bit of a sour taste
Been a regular customer for the last 5 years, invited many of my colleagues and even bosses to the restaurant many many times, obviously because we like the food and the stay..
Today I was so surprised with the way the staff are treating us! We were 3 families; one family first time ever being in Manjaros, one member of this family has a medical condition doesn’t allow him to drink regular water and so he brought a small bottle of his “own water” which is the only one he can tolerate..
One of Manjaros staff mentioned that he is not supposed to do so, my friend tried to explain showing them the bottle that it is for his medical condition, and he mentioned politely that if this is going to make a problem he will be happy to leave. The staff replied that she needs to ask the manager. The lady manager came back ATTACKING us shouting “what’s the issue??” My friend’s wife started to explain again, the lady manager shouted “we TAUGHT you many times not to bring things with you!!!!”
Again this is the first time for my friend to come!!! and no one else carries any drink from outside!! And I don’t understand the logic behind shouting or mentioning about “teaching” us!!!!!
We all (the 3 families) left the place politely.
Now, I must say that I regret being in your restaurant for the past 5 years, I regret bringing all my colleagues, friends …etc to your place .. thank you for everything but I promise besides that I will never come back again that I will work hard spreading the needed reputation that Manjaros Preston deserve for their unprofessional behaviour.
Update to Manjaros reply 12/11/2022:
Guys, before replying to such feedback it would be nice to say the truth as “NONE OF YOUR TEAM ASKED OR OFFERED US TO BUY SPARKLING WATER” and if it would be offered we would certainly stay and pay as you know that it’s price is nothing compared to your relatively expensive food that we happily paid for 5 years!!!
Thank you !!!!!!!!!
Went today for a catch up lunch with an old friend.
Lunch menu was excellent value, we couldn't finish everything. 12.95 for 2 courses
Waitress was really friendly and helpful without being intrusive.
Lovely decor and chllled atmosphere.
Will definitely be back
