My friend came to this Salon and asked for a simple balayage, Brit was her name that helped her. My friend booked an appt for 9:30am and she did not get helped until 10:45am, then did not cover her grays and still had some red strands that was not colored. She is very disappointed in the service especially when Brit charged $345!!! Took her more than 4 hours to do! The next day she asked her to fix it, she said she can only fix root, she can't fix anything else she doesn't have time. My friend will not be coming over here anymore!!! Do not go to Brit, especially for a balayage!
I haven’t had great experiences at salons in the past but that changed tonight. Laura was hands down incredible and very talented. First time getting highlights, was a little nervous changing my natural hair color but she made it all worth it. Left happy and feeling amazing!
Called to make an appointment as a new customer, no one answered so I left a message. I didn’t hear back for several hours so I decided to call again when I was free. The woman who answered told me she couldn’t schedule me that someone else named Nancy had been given my number and would call me back to schedule me. I then asked why I could t be scheduled and she just repeated that she couldn’t because Nancy has her own schedule. I also asked if I hadn’t left a message if she would schedule me. Again she said no. At that point I’d wasted enough of my time talking to them and hung up. What’s the point of even answering a phone if you can’t schedule appointments? I don’t want to wait for a phone call. I’m free now! What if I’m not free later? Way to NOT put the customer first.
Had a truly wonderful experience with Brooke at Mia Bella today. My hair looks amazing! She was fun to spend the time with too! Highly recommend
I was in search for a new hair stylist, preferably one who would really listen and be honest if I was asking too much. I called and left a voice mail. Laura responded quickly and based on my needs she recommended Kimberly. Kimberly listened to my hair goals which were to lighten my natural hair color by quite a bit. She was very honest and clear that it would be a process. I'm very happy with my results & to be a lifelong client!!
Leah is amazing! My hair has been through a lot of corrective color work and finding someone that I trust has not been easy. She completed the final step in a few hours that would have taken another stylist multiple sessions to achieve. She is super sweet and talented. I highly recommend this place!
Love this place! Just moved from north seattle and needed a closer salon. Always hard to find a new stylist and I am very picky about who I let touch my hair. I found Mia Bella Salon thank God! Friendly, fast, and feel beautiful when I leave. I would highly recommend. They also carry the product that I love!!!
This place is awesome. The Amazing owner who is so sweet and nice. She keeps the place looking awesome! Amanda cuts/colors my hair well, for a good price and does it very efficiently. I tried out this salon because my previous hair dresser took forever to do a cut. After a cut and color with Amanda and I feel amazing! She also cuts my kids hair and woos them into sitting still- she is a child hair cutting magician!
