Only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the lady who did my pedicure did a good job. The gentleman who did my nails did not do a great job of shaping my nail to make the nail he fixed look like my other nails. I didn't want gel on my nails which seemed to bother them. I would sometimes get gel but I personally don't like the burn feeling. I wasn't able to wash my hands and I've been getting my nails done for quite some time so that was new to me. Once he finished he didn't put any oil on my cuticles. I only stopped by because where I usually go had no openings for that day. Long story short 1st and last for me. Nothing was professional.
I use to Only get my nails done here & it was amazing. When I came to visit this time a man & woman that I've never used before did my nails & my friends. They quite literally did not listen to a word we said. She wanted French tip on her real nails and they did acrylic, I wanted gel and fake nails & he started trying to paint my real nails til I told him what I actually wanted. I had to guide him in all of his mistakes and they still came out looking like a bunch of thumb nails. Then Jack tried telling me that I should have told the guy when I clearly had told him multiple times. We still had to pay full price and they charged my friend more for acrylics she didn't want because she's never gotten her nails done before so she didn't know the difference. They left air bubbles in her nails as well. Completely AWFUL service. If you are going to go there only let Jack or his ex wife do them and make sure you micro-manage them so they actually listen! Also, the guy didn't even take the product all the way up my nails so it already looks like I need a fill. Jack said he would give me a discount next time but I will never go back there.
Love how mu nails look and feel. The only issue I have is, I was there fir two hours getting my nails done cause they were switching off. Need to hire more people.
Other than that, a great place.
The only thing I don't like about this place is the fact that when you make an appointment, the walk-ins generally get taken over the appointment. . . If they would not book so much work on top of work it would be amazing. . .
I started going here when I moved here in 2019. It was great! In the past couple of months If the owner and his wife aren't there it's horrible. No one wants to do pedicures and they tell you to come back at another time or day. The place was empty when I came in. There was only one person in the shop.
The man wouldn't take me. This is the third time this has happened. No eye contact, mumbles come back tomorrow or on the weekend! It only happens when the owner isn't there.
I love Tia but she's been out a lot. I guess I have to find a new place.
The employees don't seem to care.
I went yesterday to get my nails done and they did an amazing job. I didn’t get the guys name but I will definitely be coming back
Pretty bad. I had a pedicure. The chair was so broke down it was like sitting on a wooden bench. The girl who did my feet was clearly not at all interested in doing a decent job. I heard that the men there are good. Wish I'd have got one of them!!!
